Por error tome la habitación que decía cama compartida, andaba con mi pareja y no hicieron la debida diligencia para ayudarnos. Decían que no tenian más habitaciones. Que se puede anular el pago. Que ellos no saben nada de la aplicación. Las toallas tenían mal olor y la nevera no servía. Muy pésimo servicio

Furthermore, the refrigerator in my room was malfunctioning (not cooling). When I reported this to reception, I was informed that the refrigerators in all rooms are intended for storage only and are not designed to cool items.

The front desk staff. The older gentleman rude not accommodating. The toilet didn’t flushed. No toilet paper and phone in the room didn’t work.
