Pros:

Ottimo hotel con servizi adeguati allo standard. Gradita la presenza della piscina coperta.

Cons:

La presenza di diversi cantieri nella zona rende un po' complicato il parcheggio. Quello di pertinenza della struttura è a pagamento anche per gli ospiti.

Aufenthalt mit grösseren Abstrichen im Komfort

Zimmer werden nur jeden dritten Tag gereinigt und der Gast muss am Vorabend bei der Reception melden, dass er das Zimmer gereinigt haben möchte. Ich bezahle für das Zimmer einen teuren Preis und muss daher um die tägliche Reinigung nicht selber besorgt sein. Hier will Mecure(Accor) möglichst viel Gewinn machen und beim Reinigungspersonal sparen auf Kosten des Gastes. Ebenfalls ist im Badezimmer der Durchfluss bei der Dusche und am Wasserhahnen so reduziert, dass ein effizientes Waschen nicht gegeben ist. Den Blödsinn mit dem Umweltschutz, als Ausrede, kann sich das Hotel sparen. Das Hotel verkauft eine Dienstleistung auf Booking.com und dort wird nirgends darauf hingewiesen das die Dienstleistung nur mit Einschränkung zur Verfügung steht, ich würde dann solche Hotelbetriebe meiden!

Auch der Fernseher hat viele Programme nicht gezeigt, unter anderem war die ARD nicht zu empfangen und das WM-Fussballspiel somit nicht empfangbar.

Das Parkgebühren in der Höhe von 15 Euro angefallen sind , es gab wegen der Riesen Baustelle außerhalb keine kostenfreien Parkplätze, Schade da müsste man einfach kulanter sein, der Kunde kann ja nichts dafür

Llevo una semana pediendo la factura por email y por teléfono y aun no la he recibido, al hacer el check-out, me han dicho que me la envían por email y no lo han hecho y por llamada me ha dicho que sistema no funciona, que el dia siguiente lo revisan y me la mandan por email y nada!!! Eso esta fatal....
