Overall the place was good enough and I would recomend it to a friend.
Pros:

The location was good for what we came there to do. The staff was nice and respectful.

Cons:

The room lacked storage. We didn't have any place to unpack our luggages. Also the place was not super clean and seemed a bit outdated.

El desayuno es muy bueno y la vista desde el rooftop.

Cons:

Carísimo para lo que es. La ducha no tenía buen desagüe. No hay acceso a la playa, hay que ir al otro que queda a dos cuadras.

Fake Smoking Charge
Pros:

Loved the Pool and food and of course Puerto Rico as a whole. Lovely people. Incredibly friendly and chatty.

Cons:

Fake Smoking Charge. We weren't even in the room at the time plus we have never smoked in our lives. Heard this is a common thing in Marriott. Manager did nothing about it.

Tiene un precio super elevado para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

Las habitaciones que dan al lado del Burguer King tienen muchisimo ruido exterior y luces.

Cons:

El baño abierto a la habitación, las camas bastante incomodas porque los colchones están hundidos. Mucho ruido exterior. El personal excepto los camareros del desayuno que fueron super amables el resto del personal sobretodo 1 persona que estaba en la piscina y otra de recepción muy antipáticas. La comida del restaurante es sólo americana, limitada, cara y no muy buena. El hotel esta cerca de la playa pero es una playa con un fuerte oleaje del atlántico, muy peligrosa para el baño. Si se selecciona hotel por estar cerca de la playa recomiendo seleccionar otra zona de playas con el agua más tranquila o resguardada. Si vas con niños es imposible que se bañen en el mar.

I love the hotel! The best place to stay at San Juan. I highly recommend!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing! We had booked due to the airport shutdown. The staff were so kind and supportive. Anything my family and I needed they were attentive to and provided reassurance in a scary situation. I can’t praise this hotel enough. The food was excellent and the drinks were delicious!! I’ll definitely be going back and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting San Juan. Awesome place!

Great location very clean wonderful staff
Pros:

I love the location of this hotel is very central to everything. I think while walking around I had to primarily walk straight down one street the whole time. The hotel was always clean. The staff was very accommodating. I did not have the food to comment on the food. The pool did have a DJ on top, which was really cool.

Cons:

Hotel was a little pricey probably because I went on New Year’s. I don’t know how the regular pricing would be, but that was the only con. Other than that the hotel was amazing
