My stay did not match my vacation I went to other resorts to enjoy my stay.
Pros:

Clean room / hot shower

Cons:

1 pool/ slow lines for front desk, / beach was too far from the hotel/very bad views.. I didn't even want to go on the balcony. This is not a great Mariott and Mariott is my favorite hotel since the 90's.

Nice if you are not going to old San Juan
Pros:

The roof top pool was amazing. The location of the beach was nice. Not too far of a walk. I loved that they included chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Cons:

There was no dresser in the room to unpack. Had to live out of the suitcase for 6 days. Buffet was included for additional cost but prices for it was not impressive to what they served. They charged tax on the buffet after the fact that gets charged to your room everyday and expect a tip for the buffet. If you're wanting to do things in Old San Juan you have to uber. Although uber wasn't too expensive, everything that you do is in Old San Juan so we had to take an Uber every single day there and back which in the end cost us over $100 in order to see things next time. I will definitely stay in Old San Juan.

Better than words can describe
Pros:

Everything about this property was beyond amazing the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk staff to housekeeping and the bartenders, was incredibly kind and welcoming to me and my entire party. They went above and beyond by offering great local recommendations and making sure we had a wonderful experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning again!

Cons:

Just a minor concern: I originally reserved a room with two beds but was given a room with one king bed. I was informed that the double-bed rooms were no longer available, so my room type was upgraded and the couch was considered the second bed option.

While I truly appreciate the upgrade, I feel I should have been informed and given the choice before the change was made. We made it work, but the situation left me feeling a bit disregarded as a customer since the original reservation wasn’t honored or discussed beforehand.

Quarto super confortável - cama e travesseiros confortáveis
Excelente atendimento dos funcionarios do restaurante - em especial do Wesley - que nos atendeu super bem
Academia excelente

Cons:

Recepção não muito prestativa - mas nada que impedisse a excelente estadia no local
Café da manhã bom - mas um pouco caro para quem não paga na reserva inicial

The worst hotel in Puerto Rico
Pros:

The only person kind in that facility is Joan, manager.

Cons:

Front desk Karla is the worst That I saw in my hotel's life. Pour attention and attitude, so sorry for the management's. Over price for the facilities and service.
