Relaxing stay with access to Old San Juan.
Pros:

Great location with access to nice cafes and restaurants as well as the beach.

Cons:

The cost at the restaurant and also the cost of items from the quick mart. I understand it’s a vacation hotel, but it seems that the prices are too high.

Buen lugar - es tranquilo.
Pros:

El hotel muy bonito y el aseo fue bastante bueno. Las chicas de la limpieza muy amables y muy pendientes de todo. La ubicación es buena, es una zona segura y la piscina deliciosa. Nos permitieron hacer late checkout sin costo por tener un bebé y después nos guardaron las maletas hasta que tuvimos que irnos al aeropuerto.
El ambiente en el rooftop es muy agradable y en general el hotel es muy tranquilo.

Cons:

No me gustaron varias cosas: 1) El desayuno fue el mismo todos los días entonces eso nos cansó un poco porque todo muy repetitivo. 2) No me gustó que no todo el personal fue amable, algunos si pero otros no y creo que para trabajar en un hotel eso debe ser obligatorio. 3) Muy pocas opciones de comida en el Rooftop para gastar los 20 USD en créditos que nos dieron. La verdad en comida lo disfrutamos una noche, las demás tocó trago y hubo algunas noches que perdimos los créditos porque ya no sabíamos que más pedir. 4) Entiendo que las propinas son importantes pero enserio, ¿para todo y tan altas? me pareció una exageración. 5) El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones fue demasiado ruidoso. Del cansancio uno finalmente se acostumbra pero en verdad dormir con ese ruido no es fácil para todo el mundo.

We had a lovely time and the hotel suited our needs. Wouldn’t regard it as a destination hotel.
Pros:

Good location, pool, parking, staff.

Cons:

Room was tired. View from balcony completely obscured by the hotels own structure. Like sitting in a corridor.

Stay away from this place, you deserve better!
Pros:

Very nice breakfast buffet selection for the price and you would get a portion of that $ back for your daily room credit.

Cons:

on 8-17-26, I went to the poolside bar / restaurant and I attempted to order a childs size burger and was advised that I was unable to order it since I didn't have any children with me per the female server. I did take my complaint to the restaurant supervisor and as he stood firm to not accomodate me and I then requested to speak to the manager. I did speak to her (Joanne) and was allowed to order the burger and she paid for the coke soda, also at check out time of the hotel I received an unwarranted charges. From when I arrived to this hotel on 8-15-26 there has been nothing but inconsistences with the deposit, directions to pool party (which is several blocks away) to being discriminated when I went to order food to unwarranted charges at checkout.

Pros:

El personal es agradable y amable. Les pedí el favor de hacer el check in más temprano y me ayudaron sin ningún cobro adicional. Eso es valioso, que logren empatizar con el cliente. El desayuno es bueno, pero no algo extraordinario. Podrían variar un poco los alimentos de cada día.

La habitación es limpia y el personal de limpieza deja todo impecable todos los días. La habitación no es la más lujosa, es normal, no tiene nada muy especial.

Cons:

La relación calidad - precio no es la mejor. Creo que por precios más bajos, podía conseguirse algo similar. Las instalaciones no son excepcionales, la única amenidad que tienen es piscina, que tampoco es la mejor que uno pueda encontrar.
