Hotel is quite over rated, given the fact that they call 600$ per night
Pros:

Location is quite central and many spots easy approachable

Cons:

Service is pretty much not existing. Was asking for room service and I just got the answer „this is. It on my list. Maybe another colleague“
Checkout was a mess. Got double charge on my card.
Roof top bar closes quite early by 8pm or earlier.
Service staff is quick when paying the check but takes very long to serve.

TOTALMENTE DESFAZADA LA RELACIN PRECIO VALOR. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y la habitacion es muy amplia y comoda, pero la tarifa es absurdamente desproporcionada

Fairly good!
Pros:

The roof top pool and gum area were great. The weekend afternoon DJ was fun.

Cons:

There was no room service. At breakfast you could have eggs served anyway BUT only if they were fried. Apparently it would take too long to poach an egg??
The air conditioner was super loud and the room felt and smelt damp.
There was no room service and you could only eat in the restaurant not outside in the evening.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable. Walkable to restaurants and right by the beach. Our flight got in very early morning and they were gracious enough to hold our luggage and get our room ready as soon as they could.

Cons:

Can't really think of anything. Just rather pricey I thought.

Bell'hotel comodo per chi deve partire per la crociera.
Pros:

Colazione ottima e abbondante, piscina piccola ma carina all'ultimo piano.

Cons:

Troppo freddo nelle aree comuni, come ahimè è però tipico di tutta Portorico, noi dovevamo metterci la felpa all'interno altrimenti era invivibile.

I liked area, I would not stay at the AC as the Marriott two blocks down was exceptional.

We had many issues, which made our stay very disappointing. One of the main concerns is the design of the room. The bathroom/vanity was in the open area. No privacy to brush teeth, not to mention if the other was sleeping or watching TV made me aware just how noisey personal hygene can be. When asked if we could change rooms, we were told all the rooms are the same. I wonder why I never saw a comment in the reveiws I read. There was no storage draws, everything had to be left out in the open. This would make cleaning the room very difficult and an invasion of privacy with everything laying around in the open. We are used to draws and closets to store our clothes. Virtually had to live out of the suitcase. The pool and two bars were on the penthouse. The pool was very small. The outside deck was very nice but there was nothing to see except the sky. I booked this place because I believed it was right on the beach. Instead you had to walk two or three blocks (depending on your route) to get to AC section of the beach. The Marriott, right next door, had hundreds of beachgoers because that hotel was ON the beach. The AC section only had a handful of people each of the 5 days we were there. The rooms we had faced a parking lot. Why does it seem we only get the worst view rooms. The hotel was fully booked. We were offered a room change after the 3rd day but decided to stay if the layouts are all the same. Because of the weather on the day of departure we asked for a extension day. Management never got back to me and were forced to find other accomodations. I let the front desk know there was a problem with the TV reception. Not sure if was just our room or the hotel's antenna. We should have taken the offer to change rooms. The other issues I don't want to get into but the management did make some rewards and consessions.

Overall the place was good enough and I would recomend it to a friend.
Pros:

The location was good for what we came there to do. The staff was nice and respectful.

Cons:

The room lacked storage. We didn't have any place to unpack our luggages. Also the place was not super clean and seemed a bit outdated.
