Lovely design and furniture in the common areas and bedrooms. The neighbourhood was brilliant and walkable to the tourist attractions. The food and drinks were delicious.
Surroundings very pleasant and staff excellent, helpful and courteous.
We had what seemed to be an accessibility room (very nice) but shower area flooded and didn't drain properly. Other than that excellent.

Well located, therefore handy to get to all the main historical sites either by walking, bus or taxi.

Le service un peu trop lent au petit déjeuner.
Friendly
Chambre ultra confortable, aucun bruit, on a passé un super séjour. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Le fait de ne pas être dans le centre de Rome n'est pas un soucis car vous avez un arrêt de bus à 2min à pieds avec des bus qui desservent toute la ville. On reviendra pour notre prochain séjour

The rooms are small and no cupboards and no slippers, cotton buds or shower cap.
Also no iron and the steamer was not very good for the dresses I needed for the wedding
