Convenient and comfortable, within a short stroll of cafes, underground station and Kensington
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff at front desk, small but comfortable room.

les chambres ne sont pas isolees l une de l autre (elle communiquent par la grande fenetre) : peu de privacy / lumiere et le bruit : dommage

Pros:

La ubicacion, el hecho de ser duplex ya q nos proporciono un poco mas de espacio. Habia una cafetera para uso de los huespedes en la entrada muy buena.

Fantastic place, would stay again.
Pros:

Really nice property, well situated close to Underground (multiple lines), Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum, etc.

Staff were helpful and helped us upgrade due to my child being unwell.

Cons:

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Bit noisy (from outside and inside hotel), very little water pressure in shower.

Would stay again, convenient location.
Pros:

The location is ideal if you like that part of town. The road isn‘t super busy therefore not too noisy either. The room/ apartment was good but could do with a refresh/ an eye for details.

Cons:

The apartment is good but missing a few details:
- hook for handtowel in kitchen missing
- dishwasher didn‘t wash items well enough,
- 2 bedside tables would be nice, light switches either side of bed and charging point would be useful.
- no plug for hairdryer in bathroom
- one window only, the mezzanine floor with the bedroom didn‘t hardly get any daylight at all.
