Pros:

Spacious, clean, modern, unbelievable value! Great location for the Royal Albert Hall and has an amazing restaurant next door (Vegan Tofu)

Great location and staff, below average comfort

Location was fantastic! Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed, you can feel the metal frame when you lay down. We paid almost £300 for the night so this was disappointing.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to Gloucester Road station, High Street Kensington and various attractions, while also offering tranquility: no restaurant onsite but plenty of options nearby: great coffee machine in the lobby. We stayed there for a week in a 1 Bedroom Apartment: it was reasonably clean but could use some improvements and redecoration (sofa bed old and not comfortable, kitchenette shows age, one pot with broken handle, ...). The annoying thing is that our room was on the 6th floor but the only working elevator was getting you maximum to the 5th floor: we were offered to change but only after 3 days! The staff at the reception was unaware of what was going on with the elevator and despite being courteous just told us to write to the acting Assistant Residence Manager. Customer focus and satisfaction are not really their strength. The hotel porter was very helpful.

Great location no the area well.
Pros:

The hotel not to large which is good
nice reception area and lay out.
Need to have plugs by the bed and bed side light.

Cons:

The property is fine just I mentioned
The pillows are very hard so not the best night sleep.

Situation prêt du métro et des bus. Proche du centre avec la ligne principale du métro Beau quartier. Magasins d alimentation proches. Lave vaisselle. Bagagerie. Café, chocolat chaud thé gratuit.

Cons:

Divan lit pas très confortable pour des ados. Parfait pour des petits enfants.
