Sofá cama podia ser um pouco melhor
Η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη. Έχει πολλά καταστήματα για πρωινό, δείπνο, μπυραρίες, μάρκετ κτλ και το μετρό 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και 24ώρη ρεσεψιόν. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό, το μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό πάντα έτοιμο άμεσα και με σωστή πίεση , μικρή κουζίνα με 2 εστίες για ζέσταμα φαγητού ( αν έχετε παιδί , μωρο κτλ βολεύει πολύ) και ψυγείο. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα φύλαξης αποσκευών αν φτάσετε νωρίτερα απο το check in ή θέλετε να κάνετε βόλτες μετά το check out.
Χρειάζεται πιο έντονο φώς στο δωμάτιο ή να ρυθμίζεται η φωτεινότητα καθώς απουσιάζει φωτιστικό πάνω στην οροφή και έχει μόνο περιμετρικά του δωματίου και ίσως κάποιοι να θέλουν λίγο φώς ακόμα.
Clean
Tatty; faulty shower that nearly scalded me. (My husband double-checked that I wasn’t misusing the controls - he couldn’t use it in the end either because it was so hot!); very low end decor- felt like my daughter’s student halls. Really surprised that it was so cheap looking. All in need of a complete makeover.
Also very disappointed with the customer service when we made a complaint about the faulty shower, see below:
"Following your comments, our Maintenance Manager inspected the water temperature and shower system in the room, and we can confirm that the temperature settings and operation were found to be within the normal working range."
The staff on the day did allow us to move room and were pleasant about it. The room they moved us to had twin beds instead of a double so that was disappointing too. £181 for the night seemed a ridiculous amount to pay for such a poor experience but the management have refused to take our comments seriously so we have not received any compensation. I definitely would not recommend Citadines.
Very close to Royal Albert Hall for a concert. Very secure, clean & easily accessible.

Очень хороший формат номера-студии. Есть небольшая кухня, где можно приготовить еду. Посуды и всего прочего - в избытке. Сам номер неплохой, хотя диван очень "уставший" и неплохо бы его заменить. Очень понравился завтрак, в наборе был бурек, круассан, сок, джем, кофе, всего этого вполне хватило для плотного завтрака. Персонал в магазине, где выдают завтрак, невероятно дружелюбен. Большое спасибо за их доброту.
Почините пожалуйста кран в ванной! Сначала долго льется кипяток, которым я обжёг спину! Нужно очень очень долго сливать воду, пока дождешься приемлемой температуры воды. Регулировка крана не помогает никак, вообще, совсем. Не надо варить гостей!
Konum ve Oda büyüklüğü iyidi
Tesiste 6 geceden daha az konaklamalarda oda temizliği ve çarşaf değişimi yapılmadığını öğrendik. Temizlik istersek ekstra 25 pound gibi bir ödeme istendi. Bir otelin bu tarz bir uygulaması var ise bariz şekilde rezervasyon esnasında belirtilmeliydi. 15 aylık bebeğimiz ile hijyen konusunda zorlandık.

The hotel was in a very nice location. Very close to bus and underground stops. The check-in and out was very quick. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed was OK. The room.was very calm despite located to the front of the hotel, but the windows been very good. We didn't use the kitchen but there was a fridge and mini dishwasher. The complementary coffee in the lobby was very good. Overall a perfect stay for a city break.

The room was a little dated/ tired looking. Breakfast was a grab and go offsite which. Whilst the items were of good quality this wasn’t highlighted when booking
