Pros:

Close to food and coffee

Cons:

Parking options. There were none. Had to use valet to atleast get a spot. Don't even know where our car was.

Generally good hotel but could do with some attention to detail and some renovation.
Pros:

Descent stay minus the attached eating area!
Pros:

Close to everything, clean and friendly service.

Cons:

The attached breakfast place was sadly an unpleasant experience! Approximately $60.00 for cold hard boiled eggs, dried cheese and ham slices, along with dry-hard pancakes! A true disappointment.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, well presented, clean large rooms, staff friendly and welcoming couldn’t do enough for you!

- valet parking available from outside the hotel
- support with carrying bags up to room
- coffee machine available in room
- large tv with Netflix on
- big walk in shower
- room service daily, changing towels and replacing all used items
- free bottled water in room
- fridge available to use

Very pleasant, good atmosphere, lovely staff - will be back!
Pros:

Welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Great location on Sherbooke St. Bus at door, metro around corner & close to restaurants & cafes.

Cons:

Only had one meal at restaurant but thought over priced & very salty. They did bring it to room however. Bit hard to get dropped off as bus stop in front but had roadworks happening.

Foi super boa. Certamente, me hospedarei ali novamente.

Localização maravilhosa.

Cons:

Café da manhã é pago à parte. Não recomendo. É razoável e sem muitas opções, não vale o investimento. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções como omelete, bacon, opções de queijos e pães.

Das war nix...
Pros:

Das kann ich nicht sagen, weil wir dort nicht übernachtet haben

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht. Wir haben nicht in dem Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, übernachtet, da dort ein lautes permanentes hämmerndes Geräusch (Maschinengeräusch) zu hören war. Das kam entweder von einer Heizungsanlage oder vom Motor der Fahrstühle. Das Hotel hätte uns nur noch ein anderes Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk geben können, aber man sagte uns, dass das Geräusch dort nur noch deutlicher zu hören sei. Wir haben uns daher ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Man hat uns dann trotzdem eine Nacht berechnet!

Lovely boutique hotel!
Pros:

It is so so clean, sheets were crisp, service lovely and terrific location. I loved the gym too. Best great restaurants.
