Nice hotel, good stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and even checked us in early. Valet was easy to use and we had access early in the morning when we were leaving.
Room was clean and a great size, beds were comfy and the room was a great temperature.

top hotel moest het personeel iets vriendelijker zijn
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel en de grote van de kamer.

Cons:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was bedroevend. Als je de balie voorbij liep keken ze niet op . Bij inchecken gewoon geen info gekregen juist ons pasjes voor de kamer en ze liep gewoon weg.

Very comfortable in our corner suite, and not as noisy as you might expect at night on a busy street
Pros:

Well situated in the university district and walking distance to downtown

Cons:

No complaints really, takes a while for the hot water to arrive in the shower

Pros:

Very nice staff and good location. There was no fridge in the room but they stored my perishable food

Cons:

Only one out of 2 elevators was working and the we had to wait for a long time but the staff was very helpful and this was a temporary issue.
