Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, pomocny personel. Przedłużenie pokoju w dniu wyjazdu nie stanowiło problemu.

Cons:

Twarde łóżko(dla mojej partnerki mającej problemy z plecami zdecydowanie za twarde) na plus- personel zrobił co mógł i podłożył dodatkowe kołdry żeby było trochę wygodniej. Jak za cenę pokój bardzo mały i bez dodatkowych udogodnień.

Hotel a due passi dal centro storico
Pros:

Stanze e ambienti comuni accoglienti e ben arredati, ottima colazione, con possibilità di assaggiare cibo tipico polacco.
Hotel vicinissimo al centro, comodo per gli spostamenti a piedi e con i mezzi, la fermata del tram è a due passi.

Cons:

Consiglio soltanto di prestare maggiore attenzione all'area adibita alle colazioni, alcune posate non erano state lavate per bene.
Il cuscino del letto non era comodissimo, sarebbe da sostituire, per il resto tutto secondo le aspettative.

Byliśmy jako kibice na zawodach pływackich.
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Hotel czysty i miła obsługa i chętna do pomocy.

Cons:

Booking.com nie mówi, że parking i śniadanie są dodatkowo płatne. Jest informacja, że są ale nie ma informacji o dodatkowych kosztach, co wprowadza w błąd.

Personál milý, lokalita hezká. Pokoj byl tichý, kazdy den vyměněné ručníky.

Cons:

Pokoj byl malý, pro dva jen jedna židle, postel malinká, propadlá. Povlečení děravé, ručník natržený. Snídaně stačila, ale výběr nebyl velký.

Pokój bardzo ekonomiczny ale tego się można spodziewać po dwugwiazdkowym hotelu, śniadania w porządku

Cons:

Miałam dwie rezerwacje - jedną zrobioną przeze mnie i drugą przez mojego wydawcę. Niestety mimo próśb nie udało nam się zostać po pierwszej rezerwacji w tym samym pokoju mimo że drugi różnił się jedynie tym że zamiast dwóch pojedynczych łóżek dostaliśmy jedno podwójne. Musieliśmy rano się spakować, zostawić bagaże w bagażowni i meldować się ponownie co nie tylko utrudniło życie nam, ale też wymusiło konieczność dodatkowego sprzątania, zmiany pościeli etc. przez hotel. Ani ekologiczne, ani proklienckie to na pewno nie było.
