Not ideal for families, the area is very dirty full of homeless people, I didn't feel safe there, hotel room is tiny and has only one small window that can't be opened, 1 h away from visiting places. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the parking garage is completely gated. even people cannot pass through it.
after the first night i noticed that the sunglasses were stolen. the dashboard content was all over the floor. i had locked the car.
i told the reception and she said the parking has no cameras.
the second morning a pair of shoes was stolen from the car.
again the reception confirmed the parking has no cameras.
the 3rd morning when we were checking out the other receptionist said the parking has cameras, but the company that handles the parking will need police notice and it's lots of paperwork and nobody wants to do it.

shouldn't the hotel protect the costumers in such cases?? what's the point of a gated parking then? 45 euro for 3 nights !

- it was a 3 bed room, the 3rd bed was a terrible folding bed with metal bars in the middle of it.

- there is a dangerous and probably infected water in the lobby called "detox". it stays in the sun the whole day with some fruit cuts in it and smells like sewage. don't drink it.

Confortable et calme

The first room we were given was dreadful.
Small very smelly, damp and in need of a renovation.
The air conditioning unit did work just made a horrendous noise so we had to switch it off in 30c heat.
The room was directly under a generator on the roof which buzzed all night which meant non of us got any sleep.
Spoke to the receptionist and they were very apologetic and we were moved to another room that afternoon.
To say this room was fantastic is an understatement.
Newly renovated with excellent air conditioner good beds and a lovely shower room. We couldn’t believe just how different it was compared to the first room.

Fantastisch ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Heel schoon.

Hôtel sympa mis à part la situation géographique qui n’est pas idéale surtout si vous êtes seuls.

Chambre confortable pour le prix, quelques travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir et nous étions au 15e étage, bruit d’aération toute la nuit mais on peut quand même dormir sans problème sauf si sommeil léger. Par contre aucun bruit concernant toutes les voitures qui passent en bas de l’hôtel, c’est bien isolé !


Petit déjeuner au top, tout le monde s’est régalé ! mention spécial à Ines qui a été adorable avec nous et a offert un petit goûter pour notre fils à emporter

Rooms are too small and tge area is not great

Stay was good, room is bit small and tight for three beds. Hotel only provide very limited toiletries, do not provide a kettle etc which was bit unexpected for a 3* hotel where I live.

Par contre la chambre est très austère et il manque qqs équipement
Une bouilloire dose de café, thé
Et surtout un distributeur d'eau fraîche

Upon arrival we had to have maintenance come to drain the clogged shower. There was very little hot water in the evening. The room even though it had “air conditioning” the room was always hot. To the point we were sweating every night of our 5 night stay. The shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor. This has been an issue for quite some time as the door frame had rusted out the bottom 3cm of the shower stall and door frame. The bathroom door had been kicked in at one point and had a huge hole in the shape of a foot on the inside of the door. There were police sirens throughout the night every night. The blackout curtains had holes in it and would not close all the way either. This be our only stay in an Ibis hotel.
