Improve pillows
Pros:

Location easy to walk to city
Plenty of options to eat at Breakfast

Cons:

Noisy by Main Street
Unable to open the windows as too noisy couldn’t get air conditioning to work
Asked for better pillows as all rock hard but there weren’t any available
We ended up using our puffer jackets as our pillows!!
Not as great as would have hoped as quite expensive for two nights

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, vicino all'Arena, possibilità di parcheggio in garage, stanze pulite, confortevoli e abbastanza silenziose nonostante l'hotel sia situato in una strada principale, bar e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze

Good location, clean room and kind staff - but didn't feel like a 4* room or hotel
Pros:

The staff were great and left a bottle of prosecco, chocolates and birthday balloons in our room for when we checked in - such a nice touch for my husbands 40th birthday. The location was great as it was near the station, bus to the airport but near enough to walk into the old town. The old town is very busy, so it was nice to stay away from the chaos. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (bar the pillows)

Cons:

My issue with the hotel was the facilities versus what we paid and expected from a 4* hotel. It was £250+ a night and we didn't have functioning air conditioning or a functioning safe. The maintenance person was not there on the day so could not fix the aircon or the safe, which made it a rather uncomfortable night and made us nervous leaving valuables when we went out. The pillows are pretty flat and it would have been nice to have additional in the room.

Ein Hotel, in dem man sich schnell wohlfühlt
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet – nicht besonders modern, aber mit viel Charme. WLAN und Frühstück waren ebenfalls gut.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, aber das Amphitheater ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar - dafür ist der Bahnhof näher.

Cons:

Mir hat es hier gut gefallen.

Pros:

Very comfortable room, great breakfast and staff were very helpful. 10/15 min walk from the station. We left luggage here in the morning. Lovely hotel. Couplenof restaurants nearby, but only 15/20 minutes into town on foot.

Great value hotel near the action.
Pros:

The location is amazing -10 minutes from colosseum and historic town centre. Loads of restaurants nearby ! Staff really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms ok but not big and ours had no view. Breakfast is in an underground room and we had a tv on full blast with rock music videos. Food ok. Probably our stupidity but both rooms didn’t realise until too late, we had a mini bar with free water as it is disguised as a set of drawers 🙈

Pros:

Locatin was in between the train station and main way to old town. so it is convinient

Cons:

windows and blinder were out of order so hotel changed a room. i hope they check it before guest arrival.
