Staying at Hotel Firenze was a very pleasant experience.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. The location is a very good balance between being near t station and the historic town centre. Altogether our experience was very good.

Cons:

We were able to get drinks but the bar in the reception wasn’t really working.

Hotel em que voltarei quando retornar a Verona.
Pros:

Hotel muito limpo, colaboradores super preparados para receber, o recepcionista Matheus nos atendeu muito bem. Café da manhã muito bom.
Hotel fica bem próximo à Europcar, próximo à estação de trem puerta nova e muito tranquilo fazer os pontos turísticos a pé.

Sem reclamações.
