Verona ist eine Reise Wert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vom Angebot üppig von der Qualität ausreichend. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage ein wenig außerhalb des heißen Zentrum das aber in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar war.
Das Personal war auch hilfreich.

Cons:

Der Café zum Frühstück.Die vom Hotel angebotene Garage konnte ich mit meinem Auto nicht nutzen, da sie nur für Autos bis 2,5 m verwendet werden konnte.

Pros:

10 min walk from the arena and historic centre which was ideal , just under 20 min walk from Juliet’s balcony. The room itself was fabulous so so big and modern , it exceeded my expectations . Lots of nice lil restaurants on the same street too and the guy that checked us in was super nice :)

Cons:

The corridors between rooms were a bit run down or old but once I got into my room I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. There isn’t much else going on in the hotel but I must say the rooms are soooooo sooooo nice , massive smart tv too. I don’t think you can contol the aircon yourself in the room but we mentioned it to staff and they said to just let them know if we needed it high or low and they would instantly change it for us on their end so it was not an issue

Location was ok

Cons:

No curtain at window. Had blind that didn’t move so bottom half of window always exposed to light and no privacy. Asked for twin layout but it was double so they had to send someone to change the layout. Decor very dated, especially bathrooms. Whole place needs a refit. Didn’t use for breakfast so cannot comment on food.

Hotel bom mas precisa de muitos cuidados
Pros:

Localização excelente. Perto do centro histórico e da estação ferroviária.
Bom café da manhã. Excelente atendimento na recepção, especialmente do Mateus.

Cons:

Demora na disponibilização de itens do café da manhã no primeiro horário.
Ar condicionado frio demais, sem controle no quarto. O controle era feito na recepção mas não funcionou e tivemos que ficar sem ar. O chuveiro apresentou vazamento contínuo inclusive a noite gerando muito incomodo, durante toda a estadia. Reclamamos mas não foi feito o reparo.

Staff were professional friendly and very accommodating. The position is excellent, ten minutes walk into the Arena and ten minutes from the station.

Great base for Verona visit
Pros:

Perfect location for Verona centre, we used it as a base for the opera with the arena only being about 600 metres away. Easy checking and would recommend their parking which is very secure. Easy to drive to no small roads and the Verona traffic wasn’t a problem at all. Air conditioning in our room was great even in the heat of summer. Great pillows we had an excellent nights sleep.
