Aber im Großen und Ganzen war alles okay

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal dort, Frühstück war alles da, das Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice kam am 2ten Morgen um 8.30 Uhr ohne anzuklopfen kurz rein, sie hat sich mit Sicherheit mit der Zimmernummer vertan, als sie ihren Fehler bemerkt, schloss sie direkt die Tür wieder.

Cons:

Man kann nicht mal Koffer reinbringen, ohne 14 € zahlen zu müssen für den Parkplatz. Das ist eigentlich unverschämt man zahlt 14 € pro Tag om top zu den nicht gerade günstigen Zimmerpreisen und ein Parkplatz direkt am Acker Rand

Diesmal nicht zufriedenstellend!
Cons:

Der Check Inn war miserabel, wollten Zimmer nicht zur Straße, bekommen haben wir eins zur Straße. Dann mussten wir unsere Zimmer getrennt bezahlen obwohl wir eine Gesamtrechnung wollten. Die Rechnungsadresse war auch nicht hinterlegt, obwohl wir schon öfter dort waren. Es wurde uns versprochen die Rechnung bis morgens fertig zu machen, da wir früh weg mussten, war natürlich nicht der Fall!
Am nachgebesserten Zimmer war dann nur 1 Zudecke und 1 Handtuch, also wieder zur Rezeption, dort bekamen wir die fehlenden Sachen und mussten sie selbst aufs Zimmer bringen.
Beim Duschen dann das nächste , Shampoo und Conditioner waren leer.
Jetzt habe ich es aufgegeben, was zu sagen. Weiß nicht, ob ich dem Hotel noch mal eine Chance geben werde.
