Disappointed and tired
Pros:

I usually enjoy staying at Quality Inns. I was thrilled that there was one available for a much needed sleep on a long road trip.

Cons:

I didn't like getting my reservation canceled by the hotel 3 hours after my Bookings confirmation. And it was sent via email and I am on the road driving and in and out of service. But I could have received a text. Finding out that I have no room when I arrive at 2 a.m. was very disturbing! How can Bookings confirm a room and the hotel cancel it hours later. I would understand if it was canceled immediately because the room was in other carts. But 3 hours later! Unexceptable!

Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were super conscientious about asking how our stay was. The mattresses were comfortable, the air conditioner worked really well.

Cons:

Our room was really...quirky. There was no vanity, or table in the bathroom so there was nowhere to put our things other than a tiny shelf over the sink. The sink was very wobbly and I worried it could fall off the wall. The shower head seemed to have been an afterthought, mounted way off to the side. The room was mostly clean, but not if you looked hard.

Totally uncomfortable.
Cons:

Sheets are worn out and soiled .There are hairs everywhere the bed and blanket . It very untidy and unhygienic.

Terrible. Avoid!
Cons:

The room was poorly maintained. Room 106 (1 queen bed), Dirty and gross in obvious places, water damage on wall trim. Stained sheets, stained walls, dirt/dust/old food was underneath bed. Bathroom fixture chrome was peeling. Used bar of soap in shower. Hallways smelled liked incense... Overall dingy.. I've stayed in nicer motel 6's. The breakfast was a joke. For $140 it felt like a rip off. I'm canceling my return trip stay.

Booking.com and these "dog-friendly" hotels need to get on the same page.
Cons:

We had indicated through Booking.com that we were were traveling with one dog. We had a reservation, but when we arrived at the hotel, they turned us away because of the dog. We had to drive additional HOURS to return home, arriving at one o'clock in the morning completely exhausted.
