No era lo que mostraban las fotos: el parque acuático no existe y la sala de play station estaba cerrada. No limpian a diario y tocó pedir que limpien y pongan papel higiénico, jabón y toallas y esos que estuvimos

paid for a listing of an accessible double queen room for mobility with roll in shower. room was on second floor far away from the elevator, first red flag. then the door was super heavy and auto closing which is not accessible for a wheelchair. then there was not enough space to get around with a chair in the room, the beds were doubles not queens, and there was a standard tub not the advertised roll in shower. I called the office and they claimed that yes it was their accessible room because there were grab bars in the shower and next to the toilet. we paid a higher rate for an accessible room that was a lie.

I like the fact that there was supposed to be a waterpark

Cons:

when we got there, the waterpark hadn’t been functioned in a long time. Everything was rundown. The rooms were in a mess. All the floors were pulled up water air-conditioning leaking in the rooms. We got switch three times to different room but we had already paid for this day or we would’ve went somewhere else. The continental breakfast was just bread and toast if you wanted to have bacon and eggs you had to pay for it. they also when you get there tell you you have to pay an additional hundred dollar deposit. It was very discouraging because it was our trip with our grandchildren and we were looking forward to them having a great time in the waterpark and floating raft, but they had nothing there other than a blowup slide that was functionable and a swimming pool

Cons:

Que no tienen publicado que el parque de agua no funciona, aparte de estar cerrado tiene aguas verdes sucias. Es lo peor.
