Happy with my choice and the Staff & Accommodations
Pros:

The Staff was very helpful and friendly/knowledgeable. I also liked the location, that I received a 1st Floor front facing room, the body wash provided, and my bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I wasn't impressed with the need for 2 remotes to operate the TV (I didn't use the tv, just noticed). And the refrigerator was a little noisy. Surprised with 4 small pillows vice 2 standard, but in the end it was comfortable using one small pillow (So I guess this could also go in the What I Liked).

Thin walls
Pros:

Perfect location. Comfy bed. Small room but plenty of room to move around. Love the bench by the window.

Cons:

Room was tiny. Chip marks on walls. Luckily my husband is a plumber and was able to fix the clogged sink. We got in late and wanted to go to bed. Didn’t want to have to deal with waiting for someone to come deal with it. Walls were thin, and we had to listen to the gittity goo taking place in the next room for quite some time.

Walter's customer service is outstanding! He took very good care of our check in! We love the friendly staff! Love the Dove products!

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was there was no sausage or bacon with breakfast

At check in Walter was on staff. Walter took very good care of us.

Rooms are very nice no huge deposit required
Pros:

By far one of the best hotels in Farmington

Cons:

Elevator is old and only allows two people at a time until they get it fixed but I didn’t mind at all

Pros:

I didn't not eat the breakfast

Cons:

The TV needed two separate remotes; one to change the channels, the other to control the volume and turn off/on the tv
