Pros:

They were professionally in their hospitality for people staying at this hotel. Their checked to make sure you were comfortable and more likely a friendly environment. Very quiet and theres plenty of good places to eat and laundry nat nearby. Even a convenient gas station.

Staff were pleasant & helpful. Room was clean/comfortable and continental breakfast had several choices to choose from. Dog friendly.

Cons:

Location was next to a Marijuana company/store and many young men (transients) hanging out behind hotel late at night into early hours of the morning. Husband would not allow me to walk our dogs alone.

The shampoo and liquid body soap dispensers in shower were completely empty, and the conditioner near empty. I'm not sure when the last time they were filled up. If you are paying 120 a night plus 40 dog fee, you'd expect to at least be able to wash your hair and not have to use bar soap for hands on your hair. Trash cans outside completely filled and overflowing at each entrance/side access.

Very disappointed and will not stay again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work. It appeared that staff was aware of the problem but gave it to us anyway. Front desk receptionist said she couldn't give a discount. Room was very warm and stuffy.

Change out tvs in whole facility or go to another carrier

Desk clerk up front, honest about facility tv issues

Cons:

All tvs in this facility keep timing out, we called desk clerks 3 times and they reset it, happens again.aftef 1st night,I asked to go to different room.was told the whole facility had same tvs, same issues. Desk clerk refunded 2nd night, suggested days inn. Refund was given in timely manner.
