It was easy to hear people in the room next to you (TV sounds) and above you (steps walking). Also, there seemed to be a party playing music on the patio until 12:30 a.m.

We were placed in a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. We were thankfully offered a new room, upon request, which smelled better. The room, however, was incredibly cold, sterile, grey, and inviting. The flooring was grey and cold underfoot. The beds were squeaky, the pull out couch/bed bedding was stained. The mattress itself was so thin, our children could feel the metal bars underneath. The LED lighting made the room feel like a medical facility, not a place to lie your head down after a long day. We were really disappointed with our experience here and won’t choose to stay again.

The hotel is on a busy road This may be normal in American chain hotels but I really hate eating from polystrene plates with plastic cutlery. .

Location !! Is really close to many convenience stores and restaurants. Also very close to shopping Malls!

Rules not always enforced in pool area. I watched a staff member walk in while small children were playing in the hot tub and say nothing. Though ultimately the parents should have done more about it this rather than staff.

The rooms are clean but the cleanliness of the bed is questionable at times, several of the stays i have had here I have found hair on my comforter and a few stains on the linen.

Our room was in unacceptable condition and the hotel was very poorly run. Problems started at check in, it took half an hour for the front desk staff to check the people in front of me in and when it was my turn she was rushing and I actually had to remind her of parts of the check in process. Then we got to the room, the shower curtain had been removed and was sitting in the middle of the room. The faucet and drain from the tub had also been removed and the pieces were left on the counter next to the sink along with a broken soap dispenser. There was a dirty towel in the sink and one on the floor. It also smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When we returned to the front desk there was no-one there, we rang the bell multiple times, phoned but the line was busy, and called out for help with no response. Employees are entitled to brakes however it is on management to make sure there is coverage especially during a busy weekend, if that isn't possible there needs to be an appropriate policy in place because sitting there and ignoring guests is never okay. When she finally emerged after 10 mins she was defensive, unapologetic, and combative. She refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong with the room, we showed her a photo and she was completely dismissive and said it didn’t prove anything because it didn’t show the whole bathroom. She was unwilling to help in any way, never offered us a different room and kept deferring to a manager who was not onsite. Another guest in the lobby told us we were better off leaving as everything about her stay had been horrible and maintenance had just walked into her room without knocking while she was changing. We ended up taking her advice and spent the night elsewhere.

The room near the road was super loud while night, so it shows the quality of the building was very poor
