Water pressure, especially toilet flush was weak.
It was quite and convenient! Other than 1 incident everyone was nice but even the 1 incident, the lady apologized and was very nice as well.
The give yo 2 free alcohol drinks but it’s only till 7pm which is way too early for some people. The one manager woman was rude the first time I encountered her and asked for towels.
The staff was nice room was clean
Jacuzzi was filthy had brown suds in it. I was given a room right by the pool so I heard everything. My room was also across from the laundry room. I heard them in the morning and whoever was above me. I heard them walking back-and-forth the whole time I came there to relax and nothing was relaxing about my trip and the fact that I couldn’t even get in a hot tub made it even worse I will never return. I cut my trip short and I’m still waiting on my refund from the day that I canceled.

I room was bigger than I thought it would be and nicer
The heat, had to turn it up high to get it to work well and when it first kicked on it blew out cold air, woke me every time
Would have been a wonderful stay, however the manager chose to cancel the reservation due to maintenance and then stated they were overbooked. Their website states they still have availability. If you do book here, be prepared for your reservation to be involuntarily cancelled.
It met our expectations
The girl checking us in I believe her name was Angel.
The mold in our ice bucket. The inability for staff to give us a new one. The garbage not being completely empty. The really short toilet. At first I thought it was me, but the husband says it was way too short. If you are older rethink booking this place. The door and parking situation. One side can be opened with a key. Everyone parks there. The other side cannot be opened with a key. There is very little parking in front. It's mostly handicap as it should be. However, it's really a pain after shopping all day to drag your bags around the building. The worst was the internet. Our whole purpose for being there. Our home area got hit hard by the snow storm and our Internet was struggling so we decided to drive 2 1/2 hours to Schaumburg because it didn't get anything like our town. I checked by calling and asked if they had Internet that was at least 4gb up and down. My husband needed to take a proctored test at 2 pm on Saturday. Meaning we had to take a room Friday and Saturday because of the time scheduled. No big deal all that mattered is the test was taken. The rest of the time was for fun. We set up on Friday night I couldn't even pull up the test page. He came by and tested it and we barely hit 3gb. We were in trouble. No way to get the money refunded and go elsewhere and no way to take the test. So we had to reschedule the test for Sunday and rush back home. Lucky the Internet company was able to fix the connection at our home and we were able to take it after rushing back on sunday. Now, the test was taken and he slayed it. So I would have looked at this as just a fun weekend for us. However the mold, the smaller room even though I was told we rented an upgraded one. Oh and there is remodeling going on. Apparently for a long time now. Idk the place is run like the owners have no clue on actual customer comfort and needs. Clearly cleanliness was not a top priority. Oh and the shampoo smells like generic dish soap.
