Clean and wonder staff.
The prom kids were horrible and loud couldn't sleep. Running around in the hallways. Phone and TV kept going out. Otherwise a good place
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Safe area.
Online pictures are deceiving. The hotel is not on a waterfront, it borders reservoirs of a water treatment facility. Also, the free breakfast process was confusing & time consuming. You are given vouchers then wait in a long line to order from a counter. We were not given the vouchers @ check-in, even though it was included in our reservation, & had to locate staff to inquire. Broken water faucet in bathroom & no exhaust fan.

Frayed carpeting, no ice or vending on 7th floor, expensive cocktails in bar, no microwave in room, value for $200/nite.

Het personeel van de receptie is heel aardig en behulpzaam! De lobby is ook erg netjes.
De kamers waren schoon en netjes, we hadden mooi uitzicht op het water.
Er is een directe busverbinding met de stad, dit werkt goed. Enkeltje maar ($2,90).
Voor het ontbijt kreeg je een voucher van een bepaald bedrag ($24) wat je mocht besteden. Je kon zo een bestelling doen van de menukaart. Dit was een krap bedrag aangezien het inclusief drinken is, dat viel tegen. Wel was het eten heel erg lekker!
Het parkeren op de Hilton parkeerplaats was duurder dan de parkeergarage er tegenover. En ook nog een stukje lopen.
Het trapje van het zwembad was defect.
Op 2 dagen van ons verblijf was er een of ander evenement in het hotel van een externe partij, waardoor de lobby vol stond en het erg rumoerig was, zeker omdat dit tijdens ons ontbijt was. Een rustig ontbijt zat er dus niet in helaas.
Valet, front desk and person at the breakfast counter were all very nice, professional and pleasant.
My room had no tissues, two half drank water bottles on the bureau and a moldy wawa beverage in the fridge. There was one hanger in the closet and no microwave.
Valet service was not available Saturday morning so I had to walk down the street to the parking and find my car, was told to go next door to the other hotel for coffee, and shower temperature was difficult to set.
Valet service, shower temperature and most of the exercise equipment didn’t work.
