Clean and safe environment with a friendly staff.
Pros:

What helped with the amazing experience was our check in experience with Winston. He was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Thanks to him our experience started off on the right foot!

We were pleased at updated spaces, but disappointed in cleanliness and accessibility.
Pros:

The lobby was well laid out and allowed for visiting with others. The bar and televisions made it sociable.

Cons:

Room has floor dust around the edges. Accessible bathroom had spots on floor around toilet and plastic tag from someones clothing.Also non-accessible in many ways--slanted floor to door, high toiletries in shower and high sink, and no wastebasket. Bathrooms off lobby were filthy on Sunday morning.

One of our rooms was in bad shape the bathroom has loose faucet handles and broken tiles.
The carpet smelled bad we were offers but still have not received compensation and complimentary booking.

Great luxurious hotel in an alley way lol.

Great view and very clean and luxurious.

Cons:

Not an idea location for a hotel and parking was horrible and the parking garage was down the street and not near the hotel at all.

Under satisfied with my Hilton stay
Pros:

I like it was close to restaurants and shopping. The service at the restaurant was good and the hotel staff for the most part were all good

Cons:

That only 2 machines in the gym worked, you share a pool and gym with the Hilton Homewood suites. There was gum on a camera that was never removed for our entire stay. The pool floor was sooo slippery every time you moved you were in fear of slipping. No trash bags in the rooms
