We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Sofitel in October 2025. We have to say it was the absolute best stay in Paris to date and we cannot wait to return in April. We were previously only staying at the Mandarin but truly are converted. From our check in and meeting Bilal who truly tender to our every need and exceeded the definition of hospitality to Laura at the concierge desk who went out of her way to find us reservations when needed. It was truly a 5 star experience and we cannot wait to return in April 2026!
Once again, I had a marvellous stay at Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra. This was not my first visit, and as always, the hotel offers a perfect location and exceptional service from the entire team.
We’ve been now to Scribe few times and each time we had the same feeling. From the moment we were seated in the hotel’s bar lounge Rivages, the waitress Lumi carried herself with a rare combination of poise, attentiveness, and genuine warmth. In an environment where excellence is expected, she delivered something far more meaningful, the authenticity. Her approach was neither rehearsed nor mechanical; instead, it felt intuitive, as though she possessed an innate understanding of hospitality at its highest level. In the world of five-star hospitality, luxury is often defined by opulence. Lumi reminded us that true luxury lies in attentiveness, emotional intelligence, and the art of making guests feel singularly valued. She is not merely a waitress; she is a custodian of experience and a brilliant ambassador of this place. We will keep in touch and definitely return to see her again and again and again….to enchant us with her simplicity, yet sophisticated way of delivering her everyday positivity. She’s a delight.

Excellent location,excellant bed,excellant staff.
Just got back from my third stay at this hotel, and I will probably return again. It's in an amazing location if you like shopping and sightseeing – within walking distance of landmarks like The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and the Champs-Elysees, the big department stores Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, and many high-end (and high street) shops. To go further afield there are lots of transport options nearby. The rooms aren't huge, but they are stylishly decorated and modern, without being too formal. The beds are super comfortable and there are all the touches that take a hotel stay from being just okay to great – spotlessly clean, quiet, decent wifi and Chromecast that works, a cosy turndown service, plug sockets next to the mirrors, magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, a fridge with space for your own items - I could go on. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and all the staff were all attentive and pleasant. It's a lovely place to stay.
If you’re thinking about staying at Hôtel Le Scribe Opéra, I would absolutely recommend it.
My husband and I loved everything! The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, just a few meters from Opéra metro station, close to bus stops, right by Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. We could walk almost everywhere.
The team truly made our stay special: kind, attentive and always proactive...
Our room was quiet, the bed was so comfortable that made us to wake up thinking that we were at home.
We also appreciated the sustainable approach with filtered water instead of plastic bottles.
Breakfast was fantastic: fresh products, delicious pastries, and a team that almost spoiled us with their attention, always offering suggestions and refilling anything we had finished...
Since it was our wedding anniversary, we were welcomed with chocolates and fruits in the room and we even had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, amazing!
And after long days walking around Paris, ending the night with a drink at the bar, in that cozy atmosphere with great service, was simply perfect.
A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We will absolutely recommend Le Scribe to everyone.
Every staff member had an authentic smile on their faces .Our special thanks and appreciation to Justine at the brakfast room who was the manager, leader, and exemplary waitress all in one!

Hotel is quite and you can really sleep peacefully. It’s Safe and all the staff are truly kind. Ofc gonna book any time I’m in Paris again.
Checkout and helping for luggage takes more than 40 minutes.

We call to collect the luggage but no one reached us out even we called 3 times and went down . Driver was out and were delayed because of the luggage.
Stayed here several times on business. Checked out today and then found a chart of the minibar for €66 charges to my card. When I took nothing. Have complained and will not be coming back.
This is the 3rd time for us to stay in the hotel we love it here. The staff they was amazing and friendly and the service was great,
The location perfect 👌🏻 🤩
Nothing we didn’t like
As a frequent traveler to Paris, I like to try different hotels each time. I’ve now found the one to which I’ll return. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was worth every euro. Perfectly located….and above all, the staff was amazing—especially at the reception desk and breakfast room. No one in Paris ever bothered to acknowledge me, let alone remember my name and coffee/breakfast order.
