Amazing Staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Muscat due to the ongoing situation, and I honestly didn’t expect such a wonderful experience.
From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was smooth and well organized. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere felt very welcoming and positive throughout our stay.

A special thank you to the restaurant team. The manager, Amardeep, was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Also, big appreciation to Chef Sherin and the kitchen team for accommodating all our requests so kindly. The food and service were excellent.

Thank you to everyone for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Keep up the great work.

Outstanding Service When It Mattered Most

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Muscat unexpectedly after our flight was disrupted due to the Gulf conflict situation, and the hotel truly exceeded expectations. Despite having to scale operations almost overnight from minimal occupancy to full capacity, everything was handled remarkably well. The room allocation process was smooth and efficient, facilities were fully operational, and the food quality was excellent. Most impressive was the staff — extremely friendly, proactive, and genuinely committed to making guests comfortable during a stressful time. Their professionalism and hospitality turned a difficult travel disruption into a very comfortable stay. Mr Udara at the Olivos dining ensured we had good veg food options. Mr. Hany, F&B director ensured our stay was memorable even under distress situation.

Radisson Blu
Pros:

I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat for three days. Overall, my experience was average, with both positive and negative aspects.

On the positive side, the hotel and the room were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job, and everything felt tidy and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite small, and taking a shower was not very convenient due to the limited space.

The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the atmosphere feel less warm than expected. A more attentive and hospitable approach would definitely improve the guest experience.

The breakfast was another disappointment. It was not very varied, and the hot menu options were quite limited and below expectations. For a hotel of this level, I expected a better and more diverse breakfast selection.

Overall, the hotel is clean and acceptable for a short stay, but improvements in service quality and breakfast variety would make a significant difference.

A great stay made excellent by the amazing staff
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great with a gym and lovely pool - perfect for cooling off at the end of the day.
I would also add, that there are some fantastic places to eat, just a short walk away from the hotel.
The area is very safe and we just had to get used to crossing the roads.

Anna was an amazing waiter at the pub. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Our drinks and food came quickly, and she kept checking in without being intrusive. Her positive attitude really made the experience better. Definitely one of the reasons I’d come back again. 👌
