It was a place to sleep for a night, but glad I didn’t have to spend more than one night there.
Pros:

It was convenient to the interstate.

Cons:

The room had water damage on the ceiling and pieces of the ceiling were falling down. The bathroom was not clean.
The rooms could use some major upgrades or even some minor aesthetic ones — something as small as a new toilet paper holder would do wonders.
It was definitely not worth $150 for one night, but it was all we could find for a band competition at TN Tech.

Pros:

We were able to open the window to get fresh air in the room. Good location.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad and our room smelled really bad. You got used to it after awhile.We had to turn off the air conditioner to make the room smell better.

Cons:

When we booked it They asked for 40$ cash deposit and it had to be cash . The room was non smoking and we knew that , we did not smoke in the room or on their property . When we came to check out they denied to give me back my cash deposit because we smoked , but we was not even on their property when we smoked , their whole intention for asking for a cash deposit is so they can keep it any way they can ! Do nor recommend staying . We looked over reviews of this place and they actually do this to alot if people ! And give you no receipt of giving the security deposit . The room stunk and they just came to spray air freshener. Recommend looking for a better facility to stay the night in if your passing threw .

Pros:

Staff was amazing. Location was great.

Cons:

The smell in the room was extremely strong. Like cleaner mixed with air freshener. It gave me a headache.
Room was cleaned just ok.
The room needs a new toilet seat, and overall updates.

Over all, it was a very good stay. Economical and comfortable. The room was maintained nicely.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and a really sweet atmosphere in the lobby where my husband and I played card games. The availability of coffee and water was very much appreciated. It was very clean. The room was maintained nicely during our 6 night stay. This hotel is within 1 hour of several state parks. It was very close to many restaurants.

Cons:

We stayed in room 211 where there was a considerable gap on the bottom of the door where light came in from the hallway. Noise also filtered through from the echo downstairs in the lobby.

the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was nice and welcoming. Always had space to park.

Cons:

The smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor was terrible. It smelled like someone was cooking the entire weekend. The shower nozzle was pulled out 2 inches from the shower wall and was installed backwards, according to the desk person when I called to complain about NO HOT WATER. She also stated that since we were at the end of the hallway that we might not have hot water, since the pipes didnt run that far????? So, yes very limited hot water, had to let the shower run for about 15 minutes to have any at all. There were cracks in the tile and the sheet rock along the walls. Overall, the hotel just needed some TLC and air fresheners LOL

Good location, amazing staff, and comfortable bed and room.
Pros:

Rachel at the front desk was the best part. Welcoming, friendly, and over the top helpful. The morning young woman was also just great. Customer service is this hotel's standout attribute. We even asked if we could put our freezer packs in their freezer overnight since the room refrigerator didn't have a freezer and they were totally accommodating. We needed a new light bulb for a lamp in the room and she quickly got it for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We liked everything about this hotel. No complaints.
