Fantastic stay in the heart of Lyon
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to tourist sites, restaurants, shops & the rivers.
The room was spacious, well equipped & had a super view of the square.
The staff were accommodating, friendly helpful.

Cons:

Very little to fault. Perhaps the breakfast was a little underwhelming-ran out of several items and staff there seemed reluctant to replenish.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts in Lyon. The staff were more than kind, incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcome.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and perfect for exploring Lyon on foot. A very pleasant experience overall.

El personal súper competente y muy amable. El desayuno y la situación del hotel.

Cons:

Cuando vi la habitación no me gustó demasiado por la moqueta, pero estaba realmente limpia y haciendo un balance global de ubicación, personal y desayuno, repetiría en el mismo hotel.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel central, confortable et avec un excellent petit-déjeuner.
Pros:

Excellente localisation en plein centre de Lyon, idéale pour découvrir la ville à pied. La chambre était très agréable et calme, et le petit-déjeuner varié et de grande qualité. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel s’est révélé confortable et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Rien de particulièrement négatif à signaler pendant le séjour. Le prix est un peu élevé, mais compréhensible compte tenu de la situation très centrale de l’hôtel.
