Pros:

Our room was very nice being a corner room. It was very hot and the air-conditioning just wasn't strong enough. The staff provided us with a fan and that helped. The staff were all great and helped with drivers, and many other of our request.

Lyon’nun en iyilerinden
Pros:

Konumu muazzam, kahvaltısı enfesti. Ayrıca tüm calısanlar güleryüzlü, resepsiyonda calısanlar cok yardımseverdi. Cok memnun kaldık. Lyon’a yine gelsem kesinlikle bu merkezi otelde kalırım.

Cons:

Eşimle 5.katta catı katında kücücük bir odada konakladık; oda meydana dogru baktıgı ve ferah oldugu ve 2 gün icin değiştirmeye değmez dedik.

Pros:

Great location. Staff responsive and helpful

Cons:

Very poor air cooling. First room they put me in was so hot I almost passed out. Staff immediately move me to a much smaller room but it was slightly cooler.

Pros:

Location was great. And staff is always positive.

Cons:

Cleaning was not good. I killed 2 spiders in room. If you tip room service refill your bathroom stuff other ways they skip.

Nice hotel but fix the air-conditioning and remove the rubber mattress protectors!
Pros:

The hotel and room itself were lovely, and deserved a much higher rating if not for the comfort of bed and air conditioning.

Cons:

1. The air conditioning was terrible. It was hot (31 degrees) and the air conditioning was set to only go down 8 degrees - so the room was very warm and the bed linen very warm! They called a technician, but it’s the way their system is set, so made no difference.
2. Not only was the bed hard, it had a rubber/waterproof protector under the bottom sheets. This made it even hotter, sweatier and more uncomfortable. On request this was removed on our last night, which improved it somewhat.

Beautiful Lyon
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Ylthe best location! Close to absolutely everything!

Cons:

Toilet and bathroom were separate and tended to be a too small. Otherwise all was perfect.

Nice stay in the heart of Lyon
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel, within walking distance of work. The breakfast was very nice with many choices.

Cons:

There was a person who screamed all night long in a room on the floor below. He woke me several times and made the experience a little frightening. When I told the office staff, they knew that there was an issue but seemed reticent to call the police or check on the man.

Cons:

1- I sent them that I’m going to arrive early. They charged me 30 € for the early check in.
2- I booked 2 rooms, one of them the AC is not working. Told them about it & they couldn’t do anything except provide a small electric fan!!!
