Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ho apprezzato in particolare il servizio di room service per la cena in camera, che ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. Colazione buona e varia.

Cons:

Nonostante dall’esterno la struttura appaia ristrutturata, la camera che mi è stata assegnata (matrimoniale standard) aveva uno stile piuttosto retrò, con moquette, serramenti e porte datate. Anche il bagno non risulta moderno. Nel complesso la camera non mi ha soddisfatta, soprattutto considerando la classificazione a 4 stelle.

Great location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Well located hotel with great breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging our transport back to Rimini.

Cons:

There was a thick fog the whole time we were there (less than 24 hours) which meant we could not enjoy the food. A coffee machine in room would have been nice.
