la posizione, la hall e lo staff mi sono piaciuti

la camera dove alloggiavo era molto molto piccola rispetto alle altre ed era ceramemte vecchissima… inoltre era vicino al parcheggio dove ina moto sgassaca alle 7:00 di mattina. ho segnalato più volte al desk che non era una camera da hotel 4stelle, evitatela come la peste, la numero 127, terrificante per il prezzo che aveva (bassa stagione 110€, alta 280€: a mio parere valeva circa 60€ in un 2stelle)

Grear comfortable hotel with amazing breakfast
Pros:

Great hotel with very kind staff. Located in the old city center, few minutes walking distance from all the relevant tourist locations. One of the best breakfasts that we had across Europe, with great choice of various food options, including both the sweet and salty food.

Pros:

La struttura è davvero valida. Eravamo in una stanza con balcone vista montagne e si respirava un’aria di pace assoluta! Il personale è stato davvero gentile e la colazione era davvero ottima e molto varia. Posizione perfetta e centrale!

Cons:

Forse l’unica cosa che cambierei è la doccia! Era una vasca con solo il soffione, senza il doccino, e inoltre il vetro copriva solo un lato quindi dall’altro inevitabilmente usciva acqua! Ma è una cosa da poco, nulla che non si possa risolvere

Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ho apprezzato in particolare il servizio di room service per la cena in camera, che ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. Colazione buona e varia.

Cons:

Nonostante dall’esterno la struttura appaia ristrutturata, la camera che mi è stata assegnata (matrimoniale standard) aveva uno stile piuttosto retrò, con moquette, serramenti e porte datate. Anche il bagno non risulta moderno. Nel complesso la camera non mi ha soddisfatta, soprattutto considerando la classificazione a 4 stelle.
