Great location with beautiful views. We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the Menai Strait. The property is old with lots of interesting historical pictures and furniture but clean and well maintained. They are very welcoming of dogs . Our room was very clean , spacious, with a modern bathroom . It was all very comfortable-especially the bed ! All the staff were very friendly and provided good service . Breakfast was very good

Very good place to stay and eat.
Pros:

Very much enjoyed my visit in February 2026, for two nights. The staff were polite and helpful, particularly the staff in the restaurant and during breakfast.

Cons:

The traffic on the town main road, can be noisy in the morning which can disrupt your sleep. So better noise reducing measures in these rooms would be beneficial.

Lovely place to stay, we’ll be back!
Pros:

Lovely location and very friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly, decent sized rooms and a nice breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons:

It is an older property, so just be aware the plumbing is a little on the slow and weak side, but that is a minor niggle.
