Pros:

Friendly greeting and very near the location i required. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was freezing when i arrived. Perhaps previous guest changed the radiator but it took ages to heat up. Paying extra for parking.

great location for what I needed and all the staff were so friendly.
Cons:

I didn't understand the need to pay for parking in their private car park!
Also, i was shocked to find that if I booked via Booking.com I was entitled to a free drink which i had enjoyed on all my previous stays at this hotel :(

Gem of a hotel
Pros:

I don't think we have had such a lovely stay in a hotel for along time. The staff are wonderful so kind and attentive. We had good quality food for breakfast. Drinks in the bar were not over priced and really nice wines. Parking was tight as per all the reviews, but well organised so easy to follow the instructions and you just have to be careful. The rooms have nice toiletries are clean/tidy. Its little tired in places but is a very busy hotel so bound to have wear and tear nothing that much of an issue to worry about!
It is a 10 min walk to Windsor over the bridge. Windsor Castle isn't cheap but worth the visit. Shops/Restaurants/Walks etc near by. Overall a relaxed stay, throughly enjoyed it!

The location is perfect near the river and the central town. Beautiful well cared rooms and the staff were so polite and always ready to provide the best service. Breakfast was excellent and so delicious
