Everything - lovely room - large with a large bed. Big TV, hairdryer, bath, all teas, coffees etc.
Very welcoming staff, from front desk to breakfast room - all so helpful - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast.
Very close to Windsor Castle - spent a lovely few hours there - also took the train to Kew Gardens which was very easy.
Will definitely stay again. Brilliant!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was in the main building and was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable.
Room facilities: excellent.! ... very generous supply of coffee/tea/milk/biscuits and a coffee machine as well!

Location: Absolutely fabulous location in Eton .... with only a short pleasant walk into Windsor with lots of independent shops to pop into on the way.
Breakfast: Great choice of cereals (including gluten free), different milk options and an amazing cooked breakfast with the perfect poached eggs!
Windsor itself is also a beautiful town to visit, lots of lovely shops to browse and a wide range of places to eat
Parking: The hotel offers pre-booked parking, and although it is tight as stated on their website, the facility of having parking on-site is definitely a massive bonus.
If you stay in the main building, the stairs are quite steep. This wasn't an issue for us, but it may be difficult for guests with limited mobility or anyone who struggles with stairs.
This is the only comment we could put in this section, but as stated, it was not an issue for us.

We didn’t stay in the disabled room it was very tired and in need of an update especially the bathroom.
