We were especially pleased by the comfortable room, which was spacious enough to allow a large bed, by the pleasantly light breakfasting room, and by the assiduous attention of the staff to cleaning. The position of the hotel on Eton High Street was a bonus for us.
The breakfast menu could have been more comprehensive on the provision of fruit and cereals. This was a minor matter.

We returned after our first stay as we liked the few of the hotel. I was thrilled we were in the outside cottages as the first time we stayed I thought I would like to stay in one of them.
I think second time the staff weren’t quite as friendly but overall the staff were helpful and did the job.
Room was excellent. Location is fantastic. Great to have a reserved parking space too. The breakfast food was of top quality.

The hotel is nicely located, only a 15 minute walk from the castle. The rooms are clean and modern, and most are located at ground level, a short distance from resident’s car parking. The breakfast was excellent.
We had a super king bed but the duvet cover was not wide enough to cover the size of the bed
All the staff were so helpful. An amazing breakfast and felt very welcome
Initially thought room and stairway looked a bit dated, but facilities, staff and comfort quickly pushed to back of my mind

Laundry cage crashing past our room at 6.30am and then again at 6.45am.
Extraordinarily long wait for breakfast (around 40mins) and then the avocado came out on burnt toast without the eggs.
I wrote to the hotel to give them a chance to offer a refund but only received a token apology.
Disappointing!
Convenient for both Windsor town centre and Eton yet in a quiet location near the River Thames.
