Pros:

Foi perfeito,não tenho o que reclamar levei minha bebê e colocaram lençol limpos travesseiro e toalhas pra ela sem falar no conforto do quarto amei até os guardas da garagem todos educados

Gostei muito do hotel, colaboradores todos muito educados, instalações limpas, trocaram toalhas todos os dias, arrumaram o quarto, impecável.

Cons:

Única coisa que não gostei era do barulho nos corredores depois das 23h, meus filhos não dormiram bem.

Pousei em Fortaleza 01:27 da madrugada do dia 13/06/26 Aluguei um carro e fui para o Comfort. Cheguei lá umas 02:00 da manhã.
Não consegui entrar pq era madrugada e o funcionário teve 100% de ma vontade de me deixar entrar alegando que o check in seria só as 14h... Absurdo né ? Fui para beira mar e comecei a ligar para os hotéis que eu estava vendo até que fui muito bem atendida pelo OÁSIS em frente a feirinha de Iracema. Fiquei DECEPCIONADA com o COMFORT. Acho que deveriam ter mais empatia com o turista que chega em horários não convencionais.
