Pros:

Localização, café da manhã com muitas opções. Quarto grande (família com 4).

Cons:

Achei o banheiro um pouco pequeno. Televisão um pouco antiga, era smart mas parecia ser uma das primeiras versões de tv smart. Só consegui assistir YouTube. Netflix ficava rodando. (Tv é importante quando se tem criança)

Cons:

As janelas do hotel não isolam o barulho da rua, na janelas não apropriadas para um quarto de hotel mesmo em andar alto, 11 andar, pareceria que está dormindo no meio da avenida, motos, ônibus, pessoas conversando na rua incomodavam , a mim e minha família, durante a noite.
Na reserva diz ter vaga de carro sem necessidade de reserva? Porém, corre o risco de lotação, e isso não foi avisado

Limpeza diária dos quartos, café da manhã variado, conforto dos quartos, atendimento dos funcionários (recepção e restaurante) e localização.

Cons:

Por mais que tenham quatro elevadores sociais, acredito que o tamanho deles e a quantidade em si não sejam suficientes para a demanda de hóspedes. Ficamos no segundo andar e, quase todos os dias, ficávamos esperando algum elevador vazio, pois sempre subia direto ou descia cheio. Preferimos subir e descer pelas escadas.

Pros:

O atendimento desde o momento do check-in até o checkout. Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, atenciosos, simpáticos e muito educados. Foi disponibilizado toalhas para levarmos à praia todos os dias, limpinhas e cheirosas. A localização do hotel também é excelente, dá para ir para a beira mar (feirinha), andando tranquilamente.
