Good location acess, but just meh
Pros:

Access to aquarium and access to restaurant

Cons:

Bed wasn’t comfy… wasn’t told about the extra fee I had to pay upon arrival. Was kinda overpriced for quality

it was a nice hotel with nice clean rooms and nice decor. our room reminded us of my BR back home.
Pros:

The location was wonderful, wanted to be close to the water and some attractions.

Me and my friend would have gone into the Baltimore aquarium, but it was too pricey.

Everything was clean when we arrived, we received a complimentary water which was not cold.

Cons:

The only thing that we did not like was the rooms did not have was a microwave.

Very shabby overpriced hotel
Pros:

Central with a view of the water

Cons:

Very shabby and felt dirty. Sliding balcony door difficult to open and balcony leading to large aircon units that were noisy. Smell of disinfectant when you walk in. V slow lifts. Another customer walked into our room as they were given the wrong key

We were pleased,my wife loved Peir 5 and she is hard to please

The location,view and staff was amazing

Cons:

I was confused about the parking charge $35 bucks a night and parking is free right across the street kinda threw me off

Front desk young lady 3-11pm shift was so nice and very helpful
Location was everything

Cons:

My room didn’t have enough outlets
No microwave
My patio door was hard to open and close
Not a good view due to booking the room they shouldn’t said about looking at the roof
I am not ok with been charged for breakfast when I book room it sad free parking and free breakfast

Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel y de la habitacion en particular buenisima mirando la bahia y sobre todo muy cerca de todo

Cons:

Los ascensores un problema uno malogrado y el otro demoraba varios minutos en aparecer aparrentemente tambien dañado lo que obligaba a usar las escaleras

Nice hotel overall. Good breakfast. Clean and Great location. Would stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Staff on hand to make you eggs.

Cons:

The elevator situation was a little strange. Worked fine going down but you had to flag staff down to go up.

Overall, our stay was just ok.
Pros:

We were in the city to attend a concert at Pier 6. We chose Pier 5 hotel because it was right next to Pier 6.

Cons:

Upon arrival, air conditioning on the lobby floor was not working. Main elevator was also broken forcing us to use stairs or service elevator. Stairwell was dirty. Carpet was filthy and not tacked down on many of the steps in the stairwell.

Great for the price we paid and no big complaints.
Pros:

The location was great and walking distant to so many restaurants. Loved the ice cream truck out front.

Cons:

It needs a few updates like the stairs carpet was dirty. In the bathroom the shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner smell awful. We walked to CVS and brought some.

Great location - otherwise OK.
Pros:

Location was the key selling point and did not disappoint. Beds were adequate. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly. Lots to do nearby. Parking was not comp'd (which was a disappointment). TV stations were limited to barely basic cable.

Cons:

Tv as above. Parking fees were a surprise - not used to paying for parking at a hotel.
