breakfast. what we got for the price
unfortunately people in the room beside us smoking weed and talking very loudly at 2 AM put a negative spin on our stay
The location on the inner harbor
The smell of constant cigarettes/ weed outside the front building and within the hall ways. Definitely has not been updated in a very long time.
Central location for walks into city centre and by the nearby docks
Initial room was right by hotel ventilation system but this was changed following speaking to staff.

No microwave on premise. Doors slam shut so interruption of sleep a problem.
I like the water view
I didn't like that they said I got excepted for a balcony then when I got there they put me in a room with little view half balcony then charged me full pay when I went through bookings they had to call this hotel to fix it so they can put my money back in my account I was very upset about paying $30 for paking at the hotel just to much. How u stay at a place u sleeping at and still pay for parking I never experienced that ever..

Gorgeous location and comfortable, big room. I love the balcony availability and the view. The hotel is large and feels very nice but not too big that if you get lost you’re not walking a mile!

Wir haben inklusive Frühstück gebucht.. in der Früh wurde uns dann gesagt, dass es doch keines gibt und wir uns ja in der Umgebung etwas zu essen kaufen können.. obwohl wir dafür bezahlt haben..
Obwohl es angegeben wurde gab es den ganzen Aufenthalt kein WLAN.. dies war sehr ärgerlich da ich es für die Arbeit gebraucht hätte.. an der Rezeption wurde man nur vertröstet das sich schon darum gekümmert wird..
Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert und war nur darauf aus die Gäste zu vertrösten..
Schade da das Hotel eine super Lage hat..

I didn’t like how my cousin had a better room than I did
Though the hotel had great service. I was expecting a little more class with the breakfast area. The girls were on the phone and it was sitting in an open area the lobby.
Everything seemed old.
The location was great and the staff were wonderful!
The hotel was outdated and the rooms were falling apart. The hotel needs renovating and could be a beautiful place with some updating.
