Good hotel
Pros:

All in all the whole stay was good. Check in was easy and good. The check in gal was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and good all days. Pool was a good temperature. Check out was good too.

Cons:

That we had to ask for towels each day. Room service never came. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new.

Enjoyed our stay and would be staying again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good! Great selections and well prepared! Room was clean and inviting. My family and I enjoyed the food and drinks that we presented for breakfast. The worker preparing the room and food was very attentive and made sure all the food was well maintained levels of availabilty.

Cons:

We have no complaints! Maybe have the hours changed to add one more hour of it being open. Nothing else to add.

I just loved the fresh new look of the rooms and hotel. It was very inviting and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I will stay here again in the future.

I’d look for another one somewhere else.

Cons:

They wouldn’t allow my sons esa/medical dog and when I asked they violated hippa and asked me what my sons disabilities are to require a service animals.
It’s 2026 9/10 hotels now have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This one is still doing bars of soap and 1oz bottles of shampoo.

The kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

We stayed in room 126, it had a very moldy smell. We had to walk with shoes on the whole time in the room, the carpets were nasty and had an awful smell. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t close correctly. The left size exit door had a thick pile of white powder thrown in a corner, not sure what it was but it looked like roach bait. Will not stay here again.
