Delicious breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Sausage was delicious. Loved the yogurt machine too.

Over all an okay place to stay.
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable.

The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and broken. Room had a musty smell when we got there.

I couldn’t stay in the room I paid for!

Cons:

I couldn’t even get into my room. Best Western wouldn’t acknowledge the reservation I prepaid. They also wouldn’t answer Booking.com’s attempts to contact them, and eventually started to ignore my phone calls. Sami, the desk worker, purposely ignored my attempts to rectify the situation even though she was in the wrong. I’ve never experienced something so rude and unaccommodating. I would never book this place again.

Staff was good. Place clean.
Pros:

There was plenty of food. We got there around 9:30 pm and the lobby was clean and presentable.

Cons:

When we got there we were given a key to someone else’s room. And there was all over our bedding. And the bed was very uncomfortable, but that’s because I don’t like firm mattresses

Wayyyyy beyond expectations for price break. We will certainly stay here again.
Pros:

The property was well kept.. our room was well maintained, clean,and quiet.
Breakfast was wonderful. A large variety. We arrived ar breakfast late. Everything was still available and fresh.

Could not turn fan off in bathroom
