Breakfast was good.
Waiting for room to be cleaned !
Good Breakfast, Clean rooms, friendly staff, Pool was in nice shape, Location is excellent for worlds of fun and oceans of fun. Lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby as well.
Food could have been a touch better, lobby could be bigger as well.
It’s welcoming
There was some damage stuff in room that I noticed rooms where very small the air conditioner was making all kinds of noise throughout the night the floors supper thin and breakfast suck

It was clean, smelled nice.
The complementary hair products were SO small. I forgot to pack our shampoo, so i was hoping they had hair products. As someone who has a lot of hair and spent all day spraying sunscreen on my scalp and sweating at WOF i needed two of these tiny shampoos for my head. We had 4 people in our room so we needed more.
The carpet in the room also felt…weird, almost damp? But didn’t smell damp? My boyfriend thought it was oily. Shoes were slick on the tile in the bathroom after walking on the carpet. Those are our only 2 complaints.

Room was a lil dirty
Sean, the hotel manager, was absolutely incredible! He was very kind, positive, understanding, patient and got the problem fixed with no frustration.
Issue: My flights were delayed and cancelled twice the day I was supposed to check in. I called the hotel to try and adjust my stay of 2 nights to 1 night. When I finally got there the next day, there was miscommunication with personnel and they cancelled my reservation completely as a no show. Sean was there, heard the problem and worked through it. They were on the verge of being sold out but he managed to find me a room. He also made sure to help me get the issue resolved with the third party booking company. He wrote a letter stating the issue and how it was resolved so I could send it. I feel grateful for his patience and helpfulness. Thank you Sean!

Hotel room was good. Just older furniture needs updated
I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child. They had not set up the bed for the extra person and when I asked reception they only had a sheet for us to use. Which really wasn’t good enough.
