Terrible aún nadie toma nuestro caso

Me dirijo a ustedes para dejar constancia formal del grave malestar y maltrato que mi familia y yo seguimos viviendo en el Hotel NH Cuenca, establecimiento reservado y pagado por nosotros por un total de tres habitaciones durante dos noches y tres días.
Mi número de reserva es

El día de ayer llegamos al hotel aproximadamente a las 21h40, luego de un viaje de más de siete horas. Al momento del check-in, las tres habitaciones asignadas presentaban el aire acondicionado dañado, situación absolutamente inaceptable considerando la categoría y prestigio internacional que representa la cadena NH.

La situación fue especialmente delicada en el caso de mi madre, una adulta mayor de 82 años, quien permaneció más de una hora en una habitación completamente caliente.
Desde nuestra llegada estuvimos solicitando una solución inmediata y no fue sino hasta aproximadamente las 23h45 que, después de insistir reiteradamente, le asignaron otra habitación, pese a que inicialmente el personal aseguró en múltiples ocasiones que no existía disponibilidad alguna.

Las otras dos habitaciones permanecieron toda la noche sin aire acondicionado, obligándonos a pasar una noche sumamente incómoda y agotadora.

Lejos de corregirse la situación, el día de hoy continuaron los inconvenientes. No fue sino hasta aproximadamente las 12h13 del mediodía que nos asignaron nuevas habitaciones. Sin embargo, nuevamente decidieron mover a mi madre de la habitación previamente entregada, argumentando que estaba reservada para otra familia.

Debemos manifestar que el trato recibido ha sido profundamente irrespetuoso, indiferente y discriminatorio. Somos una familia ecuatoriana respetable y lamentablemente sentimos que se nos ha tratado con un claro sesgo de racismo cultural, algo inadmisible en un país hermano como España y aún más dentro de una cadena hotelera internacional como NH.

Verblijf was uitsteken met een goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Prima kamer, schoon en prima personeel.

Cons:

De ligging,buiten het centrum. Maar wij waren in de veronderstelling dat het dichter bij het centrum lag.

Buen hotel
