La comodidad , fácil de aparcar , bien situado para desplazarse

Cons:

Cuenca tubo una avería y se quedó sin agua toda la ciudad todo el día con ello incluido el hotel .
El hotel no informó, nos enteramos cuando teníamos que asearnos, lo que me dieron 2 botellas de agua para mi aseo personal.
Cuando me fui ni me dieron los buenos días
Bueno no tengo palabras para la profesionalidad , de las recepcionistas
Y la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas

Pros:

La cama, muy cómoda.

Cons:

Que se cortase el agua sin otra opción que esperar a que se restableciera el suministro. Entiendo que es una avenida general, pero hemos pagado por unos servicios, si no se pueden garantizar en algún momento, hubiese hecho falta algo más que alguna explicación.
