Pros:

Room was clean. Front desk staff worked with us to get us into a handicap accessible room. You only need to drive about two blocks and you can access the interstate highway.

A relief to find a clean comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, quiet room. Would have been nice to have a microwave along with the mini fridge, but not a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable, shower was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic!

No complaints.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was in a good location, close to many different food options and freeways. The breakfast was phenomenal, especially for a free breakfast! The staff we encountered were all very nice and personable.

Cons:

The door to my room didnt close properly. I had to full body slam into it in order to get it to latch shut. We got in really late, and when I realized the door problem, 2 of my kids were already asleep. I said something to the guy at the front desk and he did offer to change our rooms, but with 2 kids already asleep, and having driven 30 hours over 3 days, I didnt want to do that. He also suggested trying to lift the door up when closing it, as it might be unaligned. I wasnt able to really lift it, but found if I slammed it or pushed into it with my shoulder really hard, it would finally latch. We were only there for 1 night to break up a 20 hour drive, so it wasn't too big of a deal. I got a room with the double queen beds and a pull out sofa bed because I was traveling with my 3 teenage sons, so we needed extra space. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a used bandaid stuck to the mattress. So we put the mattress back and my younger son and I decided we would just sleep on the couch, as it was a large L shaped couch & there would be plenty of space. As I was getting the mattress put back, and getting the couch situated for us, I noticed there was something pink on the sofa cushions. I'm not sure what it was, but it certainly didn't help with comfort given the mattress situation just a few minutes prior. The next morning as I was loading up my vehicle to leave, I got off of the elevator to go back to my room and there was a toilet plunger just lying there in the middle of the floor right off of the elevators. I did tell the woman at check out about our issues and she did seem very apologetic. Its just frustrating to spend so much money to stay in a room that was not very clean. Half of the wall outlets didnt work when we tried to plug in our phones, specifically the ones beside the couch.

Everything! The people who work there. The building, so clean, so many details that make your stay feel comfortable and inviting.

Beware of hidden charges!
Pros:

As a Wyndham gold club member, I booked the stay through the Wyndham app on my phone. The app showed a "Total for Stay" amount which was a part of my decision making for selecting this hotel. However, when I arrived, I found out the hotel is adding on an "Amenity Fee" for items like the Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, breakfast and airport shuttle. On the Wyndam website, these items are all listed as FREE. This is obviously a deceptive practice and if it is condoned by Wyndham, I'll certainly be using other hotels in the future.

Whether you are staying before you fly or stopping over for a longer visit, choose THIS location!
Pros:

Staff were great! We appreciate them greatly. The room was perfect, cozy! We were able to park at the hotel from Tuesday to Saturday for free, and car was safe and sound!

Now the airport shuttle…absolutely magnificent! Exceeded all expectations. We had to leave at 4:30 am and they were ready. We returned at 11:45 pm and they were right there to get us.
