Wonderful one night stay prior to flight at MCI

The layout of the. Room

Cons:

They didn't have my payment posted to my room so we had to pay again, tied up our credit card and charged the security on a 3rd card. Not helpful to fix it. Breakfast was cold and walked maker not working. Not much to choose from.

Bed Great, room, great, breakfast way down hill since my last stay in September, no sausage they had some weird meat option with peppers that wasn't good

Very nice I would definitely stay agan.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. I took a patient to an overnight Dr. appointment and stayed 1 night and everything was as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety.

Cons:

The only thing that I saw was the door to the closet was off its track when I tried to open it. A very minimal inconvenience that I forgot to tell the front desk. Everything was very nice and comfortable.

Nicely done for a basic stay
Pros:

Nice place. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, breakfast as slightly better than usual. Would definitely stay here again!
