The staff was very friendly.
We asked for room service and extra towels, and never got either service.
Beds and pillows were absolutely fantastic. Couch was nice. Breakfast was good.
Ice machine 5th floor and 4th floor wasnt working. Mini fridge in room wasnt working.

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. The scrambled eggs were burnt, the tater tots were still frozen, and I got food poisoning from eating old, rancid gravy.

It was old and not clean. Loud with the outdoor pool . Staff was not friendly. Permanent stain in toilet .. gross. And every time you flushed , it made this high pitch squealing sound .
Very friendly staff! They were ready to help us and answer any questions. We were a little dumb and thought the AC wasn't working, but just didn't have it on the auto setting, but the staff were very understanding and responsive to assist us quickly. Our room was tidy and clean. The location is great and close to the airport. We were there for the anime con and the hotel was less than 10 minutes from the venue.
We wanted to swim since they had an outdoor pool, but unfortunately the water was cloudy (not sure why, could be chemicals, or maybe the filtration wasn't working). The TV is pretty outdated, so you cannot hook up your phone to watch any streaming services.

Room was dirty and smelled of smoke and moisture, no plates or bowls in room, no courtesy one time water bottles
. Poor placement of basin area in front of the bed. Same breakfast everyday.
