Die Aussenansicht und das Zimmer ( bis auf die Bad Heizung)

Cons:

War der erste Eindruck von außen sehr imponierend, wurde man sehr schnell mit dem erbärmlichen Bild konfrontiert, das letztendlich übrig bleibt: angefangen bei dem Wesen an der Rezeption, das eine Weile brauchte, um sich uns zu widmen, über die dürftige Küche, während im Hintergrund Lokalsender-Werbung lief, den Liftzugang zum Frühstücksraum über die Schmutzwäsche Ansammlung, die Bad Heizung, die sich nach einer Minute selbst abschaltete bis hin zum Karambolage-Billardtisch mit Poolkugeln (?) oder die sogenannte Bibliothek ohne Licht. Abhilfe gab es keine, die Rezeption war über Nacht nicht besetzt. Ich schämte mich, meine Begleitung hierher gebracht zu haben.

Derzeit nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Eigentlich war es nur die Lage. Wir waren zu einer Feier, die in der Burg in Neustadt-Glewe stattfand (sehr schöne Location ) zur Übernachtung hier. Was man ansonsten so im Neustadt-Glewe erleben kann, konnten nicht einmal die Damen an der Rezeption beantworten.

Cons:

Alles weitere. Die Farbe am Gebäude (Nebengebäude) bröckelt ab, man wurde beim Eintritt durch die Außentür auf einer Baustelle empfangen, es standen überall Baumaterialien herum und es war sehr staubig. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers stammt vermutlich aus den 90ern, der Teppich und die Gardinen waren dreckig, die Luchtschalter vergilbt. Im Bad gab es kein Fenster, dafür einen Duschvorhang in der Badewanne. Der Teppich war nicht richtig gesaugt, die Betten zu weich. Im Sessel gab es Brandlöcher. Insgesamt null Wohlfühlfaktor. Da wir davon ausgehen, dass die Zimmer derzeit renoviert werden, könnte es zukünftig wieder wohnlich werden. Für uns war es dies leider nicht. Bei einem Preis von über 90 Euro ohne Frühstück eigentlich eine Frechheit.
