It was fine except for the hot tub not working

Disappointed and not worth the money.
Cons:

Went down for breakfast about 8 o clock on Sunday. There was no coffee and no scrambled eggs. The one waffle maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was a small garbage can sitting on the counter next to the food for the used waffle batter cups that was disgusting and dirty.

We proceeded to check out of our room about 8:55 and waited at the front desk for at least 15 minutes for someone to check us out. Rang the bell several times and no one ever showed up.

We prefer Country Inn & Suites over most hotels but will not stay at this one again.

Hot tub was broken. Heater in pool room was broken. Ice maker was broken. Breakfast wasn’t great. Bread for the toast was rock hard. The room was clean ish. There was a bandaid left on the peephole.

We'll probably look for someplace else next year.
Pros:

They had a nice outdoor seating area, plenty of parking the rooms were fairly close together considering we had one sweet and one double Queen room.

Cons:

The heating and air conditioning unit sounded like rain beating on a tin roof every time it turned on. We were missing a smoke detector right above the bed kind of left a gaping hole. They had a pretty good selection at breakfast, but often out of the hot items. Either they didn't properly assess the number of people for breakfast or they underestimated what people might take.

Ripoff.
Cons:

Hot tub heat element was out and nothing was disclosed about this ahead of time. We booked this place specifically because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t working yet rooms were “non-refundable”

Would be our 3rd choice in the future.
Pros:

Picked it for the location and price for a one night stay passing thru. Was ok until we realized the mold on the shower head. That's why 3 stars. Friendly staff. Room needs a thorough vacuuming behind night stands.

Pros:

When we got there in our room , floor needs vacuum not clean , some garbage behind the TV stand, bedding was not made right. Carpet was the most disgusting , we can see little pieces of garbage. Food was ok but no meat at all.

Cons:

Toilet was weak, paint was peeling in bathroom. Room was dark. While there were ample outlets, there were no USB ports for charging accessories anywhere in the room. Pillows & sheets were clean, but the bed was hard.

Horrible!!! Radisson should be ashamed to even put their name on this! It's an extremely sad place.

Staff only there 50% of the time. Very slow to react. Sometimes phone never was never even answered after many rings. Key cards disabled 1/2 way through the stay. AC was terribly noisy and loud. Toilet plugged up and had to call 3 times to get it unplugged. Repair person that came seemed perturbed that he was doing the repair. Light shined in the one window all night long due to blinds not closing enough. The one elevator makes strange thumping noises when in motion and the floor in it was dirty. Very sad situation. Will be sure to pass this along to all that ask about our vacation.
