Would be our 3rd choice in the future.
Pros:

Picked it for the location and price for a one night stay passing thru. Was ok until we realized the mold on the shower head. That's why 3 stars. Friendly staff. Room needs a thorough vacuuming behind night stands.

Pros:

Facility was clean. Common areas, while dated/worn were clean and nice.

Cons:

Toilet was weak, paint was peeling in bathroom. Room was dark. While there were ample outlets, there were no USB ports for charging accessories anywhere in the room. Pillows & sheets were clean, but the bed was hard.

Pros:

When we got there in our room , floor needs vacuum not clean , some garbage behind the TV stand, bedding was not made right. Carpet was the most disgusting , we can see little pieces of garbage. Food was ok but no meat at all.

Horrible!!! Radisson should be ashamed to even put their name on this! It's an extremely sad place.

Staff only there 50% of the time. Very slow to react. Sometimes phone never was never even answered after many rings. Key cards disabled 1/2 way through the stay. AC was terribly noisy and loud. Toilet plugged up and had to call 3 times to get it unplugged. Repair person that came seemed perturbed that he was doing the repair. Light shined in the one window all night long due to blinds not closing enough. The one elevator makes strange thumping noises when in motion and the floor in it was dirty. Very sad situation. Will be sure to pass this along to all that ask about our vacation.

Good night stay
Pros:

Stayed the night nearing the end of a 3,100 mile (total) road trip. Checkinand check out was with the same woman. Both times she was very personable and helpful. Room was clean, ready for stay, and quiet.Hot tup was a good addition, clean, and working properly. Breakfast was so-so with limited options but caught it near the end also. Will definitely be staying here again when in town for Cyclones games.

The hotel and is well locatedd an in good shape. but lately the room is not well checked

The location is in a calm place close ( by car ) to Duff St. which is the main street for stores and restaurants

Cons:

There room was not cleaned properly. There were a used small towel hanging from the shower bar. There was no soap available for the washroom sink and the shower had moisturizing lotion instead of shower soap. There was shampoo and conditioner.
in the second day the fire alarm started to ring at 5:40 AM and continued for the next 30 min without firemen coming. in the front desk they told us it was a false alarm, but they could not disable the alarma until much later. The external alar of th building kept ringing or several hours before stopping.
