Location fab.cheap rooms at a cheap price no frills basic great comfy beds
Pros:

Location. Friendly reception guy. He was very helpful.
Cheap price so really good. Good clean beds very comfy.

Cons:

Run down. Skirting boards need a good scrub. Needs at lot of attention. Drips of water from shower coming through ceiling above us in bed. It had been patched up.

Stayed at this property a few times now. Nice friendly staff. Easy to check in. Great location for town and beach. Quiet. Nice clean rooms. Exceptional value for money

Free parking 1800 to 0900. I was given a double room after booking a single room, thankyou for that. Comfy bed. I needed a no thrills inexpensive place to stay and this was it

Cons:

Ive stayed before so I knew check in would be a bit erratic, and it was.

Excellent place if budget, location and friendly host are the priority but swish sparkly hotels are not your thing.
Pros:

Excellent value budget hotel. Central location. Comfortable room, new mattress, clean linen, towel and en suite bathroom. Host upgraded me and also happy to accommodate my bicycle. Quiet hotel. Good nights sleep.

Cons:

It’s a budget hotel, so communal areas had seen better days, but were still tidy. TV in room had limited reception.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff!
Pros:

Very efficient when booking in , I had stayed before and had a lovely time, very helpful staff as always , clean room , I had a larger room this time was lovely , my kids had a triple room with a great view of the castle, definitely book again .

We stayed here a few years ago when a lady was running it and it was pleasant the new owners have bought the neighbours
Pros:

Absolutely nothing it was that dirty and run down we booked another hotel though booking.com and left the following morning AVOID

Cons:

Everything
We booked for three nights and left after one you can’t even remove your shoes in the bedrooms the carpets are disgusting

Amazing value for money, clean and comfortable, staff even got me a desk fan as it was a very hot weekend....Right next door to a great pub, 5 mins walk to beach , parking available (12.50 for 24hrs)overall highly recommended
