Decent hotel to stay for a couple nights. It's well located in downtown Kelowna and makes for an easy departure (without crossing that insanely busy bridge) for the remainder of our road trip home. Rooms are average but could use updating. The complex has a bit of an odd layout with some motel style buildings and then a tower. Plenty of free parking which was nice. Breakfast in the sunlit atrium was lovely. Never crowded like some hotels can get. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a water station after breakfast hours closed. Kids did not attempt the pool as we had read reviews about it's cleanliness although we did see staff cleaning it.

The rooms were very clean, and we loved the outdoor hot pools. One of them was very dirty the second night we went to use it.
Best western plus was amazing about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive from downtown and the lakes and beach. Also around the hotel you have a big shopping Center and national creek so it is in a prime location for all your needs. Also has bus routes every 15 mins and local cabs.
The staff was all amazing really welcoming and helpful and gave good tips what to do. We stayed twice here for our trip and both times was great. We had a little issue with a reference number and was able to short it in minutes.
The room we booked came with breakfast. What is a buffet hot and cold food and was different each day so have nice mix all that was tasty.
We had a court yard room that was amazing came with double beds nice bath/shower and wash area for all needs and came with shampoos and shower gels. We had a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the grounds that was nice for an evening relax after the day exploring. For foods in the evening there was a pub next door what was also amazing so see that for a review also.
The room was quiet and didn't hear anything while staying and whole area was nice and clean.
Would definitely stay again with good value for money.
Great central location with lots of parking. Rooms are quiet and updated. We had a 2nd floor room looking out on the pool and courtyard which had a nice little sundeck to sit out on and relax. The breakfast was decent with lots of options and the staff kept things stocked up. My only real "complaint" was there were plates etc left in the hallways by guests for over a day that were not picked up by staff.

The hotel is well located for restaurants and other shopping needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although none of the rooms have comfort height toilets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Initially we were given room 824 but after a few hours, we requested to be moved due to noise from the highway/main road. We were moved to 325 which overlooked the hotel's green space & the room was much quieter although we couldn't use the heat/control system because it was as loud as a freight train. The staff at this hotel are excellent. We appreciated that the hotel also has guest laundry machines. We did not use the spa, fitness centre or pool.
During my daughter's four years of university, I stayed at this hotel a couple of times each year. Out of eight visits, this is the only one where I have to say I didn't enjoy the experience. The shower in the room above or next to ours made a terrible noise, and I think the same happened when we showered. Besides this noise, there was something else in the neighbouring rooms that sounded like a jackhammer on the floor. The neighbours arrived late, and this occurred repeatedly, but I don't know if it was their fault or an issue with the water pipes.
