Location
There is no hot water or microwave even in room or outside
Nice big room
Breakfast was just ok
The "full" breakfast was a complete joke. I am a vegetarian, also cannot eggs. There were no potatoes, vegan/turkey sausage, or bagels offered. When I asked the front desk, they assured me that they would talk to management. But I never heard back. The fruit that was offered was rather lame. All there was available were eggs, meat, and a HUGE selection of carbohydrates.
The breakfast is good. Kitchen staff were all attentive on their job. I like the location, it was closed to the tourist locations we’ve visited.
The pool. Just average. Cold & the water itself.
There was one elevator, lots of stairs, long hallways, refrigerators humming at end of life noise, broken light fixtures, dim lightbulbs, disgusting breakfast choices
Not a good place for seniors struggling with luggage and stairs
It was quiet looking into courtyard
See notes above
Super pet friendly, staff was so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Second time staying here and it feels like home away from home.
Everything
Everyone working was so sweet and helpful. It was a last minute booking and we needed a place to go instantly and they made it happen, they let us check in at 3am because a room was available.
The room itself was so spacious and comfy, though I wish they had smart tv’s so we don’t have to rely on cable and could use Netflix or something but honestly it’s not a dealbreaker.
coffee, eggs and ham
Nothing
There was a mouse in my room. I was then moved into another room in which the bed had stains and hair all over it. Disgusting. The staff were not accommodating and when I had mentioned I left some items in the initial room with critters, the staff told me to go back to the room and get it (even though they had shut that room down). There was one front desk staff (Ryan I believe) who was nice & helpful.
None of the gym equipment works.
The breakfast is powered eggs and terrible quality.
Good proximity to shopping and restaurants.
There were youth soccer teams staying there - they would be in the hall and were loud until 11 pm and on our last night they ran up the hall after 11 pm playing Nicky nine doors. The hotel should have told us about the multiple teams staying there well in advance so we could have changed hotels. Also, we didn’t find out until a week before arriving that the hot tubs would be closed due to maintenance.
