Recepcionista MUY SIMPÁTICO Y PUESTO PARA LA LABOR.

10/10 estuvimos solo una noche pero todo el personal muy bien, tanto camarero de bar como el chico jovencito de recepción.

Riguardo alla posizione è stato perfetto per le mie esigenze, la camera era spaziosa e la colazione abbondante e gustosa, la ragazza del bar amichevole

Cons:

Alla prima doccia si è allagata la stanza ed informata la reception non hanno saputo come risolvere il problema se non mandarmi la signora per provvedere ad asciugare il pavimento e cambiarmi gli asciugamani. L'addetto alla reception dell'indomani non ha grande empatia col pubblico.

Prenotato su Booking king size e 3 letto. Non era king e non c’era il terzo letto. E’ un mese che litigo con Booking per il rimborso che doveva essere su iban e me lo hanno dato su wallet. Inaccettabile sto ancora aspettando risoluzione. Mai più Booking

Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno y a un precio muy razonable. Ademas pedi que me guardaran dos maletas por dos semanas hasta que volviera de otro viaje y lo hicieron sin problema y sin costo

Номер был чистым, кровать в целом удобной.

Cons:

Для отеля четыре звезды совсем не дотягивает. Расположен далеко и это не компенсируется ничем кроме цены, и более-менее свежей комплектности, нормальной уборки и бара. Нас, видимо как не очень желанных клиентов букинга, засели сразу возле лифта в номер с неисправной системой кондиционирования (не верю что уборщики не видели, что он странно работает) и это в жару, окна выходят на шумную дорогу. Мало того во вторую ночь в 4 утра он начал противно пищать и не дал спать. Когда я вынимала карточку - начинал дуть как сумасшедший. Менять номер за три часа до выезда уже было странно. Отремонтировать ночью естественно было некому. Я не выспалась и это сень расстроило.

Sehr nettes Personal - Haustechnik nicht 4 *

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal, gutes Frühstück, großes, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, schönes Bad - beides neu renoviert

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht fiunktioniert. Wir hatten nachts bis zu 28° im Raum. Unser Zimmer lag an 2 vielbefahrenen Straßen, die Schalldämmung der Fenster war unzureichend. Der vom Hotel bereitgestellte Gehörschutz war sicher nett gemeint, half aber nicht. Das Hotel liegt an einer Bushaltestelle - die Busse fuhren meistens nicht. Der Garten konnte nicht genutzt werden. Die Gartenmöbel waren mit Planen abgedeckt.
