I want a discount. That room was terrible

Room was filthy. Bathroom had black mold in 2 spots in tub area. Sink still had hair from someone shaving and vent was gross with mildew beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were terrible

Good location, comfortable facility.
Pros:

Good location. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Shuttle was not available for transport to the Xcel energy center as advertised on the website when I booked the room. This was a large part of why I chose this location for our stay.

WE had a really nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

I thought the facility was clean and professional. Staff went above and we were able to have a comfortable stay. Good Breakfast too! Also the work out room.

Cons:

I think that the room needed an additional chair in it. A reclining chair would be nice. Also some additional furniture in the corner where I think there used to be a hot tub?

False advertisement! I only chose this hotel because it showed that it had a hot tub. Found out after check in that they removed it. I have reached out about my dissatisfaction and have not heard anything in return. I will not be a return customer

Great Stay, Great Breakfast Service!
Pros:

Came for a Jets and Timberwolves games. Great play, clean friendly staff and the gentlemen who ran the breakfast was the best! I wish I could remember his name but would definitely stay there again because of his service!

Pros:

It was close to the activity we're attending to.

Cons:

We found pills on the floor and there were debris as well.
As parent we were worried that our kid would be poisoned with the unknown pill we found on the floor.
We spoke with front desk but she brush us off and didn't even offer to change room.
