Der Empfang dort. Die Menschen am Empfang waren zu jeder Zeit freundlich und behilflich.
Die Möglichkeit abends die Bar zu nutzen
Das Frühstück ist zwar etwas teuer, dafür aber gut.
Mein Zimmerwunsch wurde ohne weiteres berücksichtigt

Good option for a short stay.
Pros:

Room was ready in advance for early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location; 3 minute walk to train station and 10 minutes to Altstadt. Clean and quiet room. Hotel bar.

Sympathisches Stadthotel in Mainz

Ein wunderbares Stadthotel, das auch hauptsächlich am freundlichen und engagierten Team liegt!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Touristenhotel
Pros:

Gute, bahnhofsnahe Lage zwischen den kulturellen Angeboten der Altstadt und der hippen Gastro der Neustadt

Cons:

Zimmer etwas düster gestaltet, mittelmäßiges Touristenhotel-Frühstück - wer etwas Zeit hat, bekommt für den Preis (24,50€) in den Cafés der angrenzenden Neustadt eine deutlich bessere Qualität.
Zudem war unsere Toilettenspülung defekt, womit das Hotel defensiv und rein reaktiv umgegangen ist
