I didn’t stay there. But my money was stolen
Pros:

Nothing, I paid it but when I saw the room I decided not to stay there. They charged over 500 for a service I did not receive.

Cons:

I rented a room with a sofa, but I was given a dirty room without a sofa. I requested to cancel my reservation, but they refused, and I was charged over $500 for a service I did not receive.

Great staff
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good, but could have been better. The tea is amazing.

It was very nice to stay over the weekend
Pros:

I like how there was a running AC, functional showerhead, and toilet and most importantly, and it was in a very convenient location

Cons:

My room specifically had a hole cracked opened on the tile when we first got there so from time to time I would trip on it. A lot of the channels on TV didn’t have good signal

We didn't stay because our room was destroyed by water thru the ceiling and we need a refund!
Cons:

We didn't stay! The room we had booked had a hole in the ceiling and was gushing water from the upstairs room's bathroom. They did not phone us to warn us that we had no room to go to and it was the 4th of July! They are suppose to contact booking.com to have our money returned! We ended up staying at a another motel for double the money!
