Pros:

The room we paid for 2 nights was not available, the gentleman at the desk seemed confused and unattentive. He placed us in another room with no communication. He seemed confused when rejected. He said there was nothing he could do so we left after confirming that our money would be returned. We won’t be back,

I enjoyed the hottub in the room also had a nice clean ironing board and iron

The floors were really dirty because of the color of the flooring I guess the maids think no one will be able to tell if they sweep ans or mop well I can and they were fucking filthy and they offer a hot breakfast from I think it's 6am till 10am I went to eat at 9am and doors were locked and everything was put away already so......that really sucked

Pros:

The staff was friendly and tried to make the moment right. They moved us to a new room with the same set up, but never heard from the manager.

Cons:

Our first night there we found bed bugs. The manager was no where to be found that day or the day we left. And still has yet to contact me or my husband to make the moment right. Our son and I were bit. No one came to inspect the room and with in hours a new family was booked. They have no idea what they're taking home!

Bed & pillows appeared to be nice

Cons:

Room appeared to be leftover from the 50’s…perhaps when it was last updated/cleaned. No phone in room which smelled heavily of smoke, although billed as non-smoking; tv didn’t work, no wi-fi & elevator didn’t work (stuck?) descending from 3rd floor. Definitely a safety hazard.

Disappointing
Pros:

Televisions didn’t work, stay was not accommodating, had to wait 45 minutes a for the front desk person to appear when we locked ourselves out of the room at 2:30am, I almost had to call the fire department it was freezing out and the employee said she was helping another guest…for 45 minutes in the middle of the night I doubt that, the people serving breakfast were rude and the manager didn’t believe he was to my kids and than we were asked to leave, so I only stayed 2 of 6 nights so I need a refund for the difference. I would never be so desperate than to ever stay at this hotel ever again

Pros:

Paid extra for soaking tub water wouldn't stay in took forever to fill. Check in us at 3 but maintenance leaves at 5. Very convenient we rigged the tub for the night. Tv didn't work. My boyfriend got cut by a nail sticking out of the couch blood everywhere. Air wasn't working. So yeah n I'm sure no one will reach out to fix or compensate us.
