Great service and Clean rooms. Breakfast included with a variety of choices. Friendly front staff. Housekeeping doesn’t wake you up like some other hotels. They will clean your rooms everyday if you want them to. Safe and quiet which is needed for late nights.

So many wonderful things about this Best Western. Rooms are extremely clean. Bed mattress so very comfortable. Layer light blanket in middle 2 sheets; so sanitary. Pillows are actually 1/2 size but full so can easily prop in so many ways to make your sleep even more comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. Shower is simple walk in. Temperature control is efficient & very comfortable. Free breakfast is just so delicious; having anything to eat can imagine. Fruit & power bars are available to take with you for the day. If going there for tennis tournament like we were (Indian Wells) hotel provides printout of that's days players. Truly unbelievable. Staff is simply the best! So very accommodating. Parking is simple & easy. One of best hotels ever stayed in my life! I'll definitely be going back there annually! Thank you all!

The breakfast was good, and the young lady hosting it did an excellent job!
The location was very convenient to the BNP, but it also was the shortfall of an otherwise decent stay. The trains were awful! They made it very difficult to get a decent night’s rest. Also, the cleaning products smell was overwhelming, the carpet was filthy, and the broadcast app didn’t work.

We were greeted by Crystal at the front desk when we arrived at 12:30am. She was welcoming, helpful, courteous and professional. She was delightful! This was our first visit to this hotel and it has been a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was perfect (banana nut waffle-yum!) and we experienced more beyond-just-a-job employees. I will make the assumption that leadership is appreciative of their staff. We travel I-10 often and will be stay here again.

Good quiet location. Three large buildings are numbered 1, 2, and 3. Check in is in Building 1. Building 1 has coffee, tea bags, apples, and oranges 24 hours a day, with a standard breakfast from 5 to 9. Few guests on a Sunday night. A little traffic noise on the balcony of our room. Pleasant country sounds of a rooster and some mourning doves! Good amenities and Wi-Fi

Great location to restaurants and events such as the Dr. George Car Show. Liz was a great help regarding restaurants in the area and when we had questions or needed assistance.

This hotel is always one of my favorites in the desert. Close to the Horse Park (my main reason for travel) the pool and jacuzzi are open 24/7 and breakfast starts early. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Parking is easy and they welcome pets. Breakfast this year is less than previous due to variance in guests I believe. I do appreciate that they don't want to waste and this last visit they added in the salsa, cheese, and small details that make a hotel breakfast better. Great choices for all though. Centrally located in Indio which is striving to improve I always feel safe personally walking at night (though have to admit my bike was stolen out of my truck on one trip but I probably should not have left it in the bed of my truck). There are trains nearby but I don't find they impact the stay. The view from the jacuzzi with sun rising in the morning through the palm trees is a game-changer. Rooms and facilities are always clean. Prices vary as they do for a desert/festival destination which sometimes impacts my choice to stay here. It always tends to be quiet and is a relaxing place to be.
