This hotel was an excellent choice for visiting family in Calgary. The central location makes it easy to get all around the city. An added plus is the free underground parking.
The rooms are very roomy, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is pretty much what you'd expect at a hotel of this type. There is a good selection of food and a large, clean breakfast area with lots of seating.
Our only complaint is that the pool is in the central atrium of the hotel and and noise carries throughout the building. When we were there, there was a large noisy group of people in the pool and kids running around and yelling on the hallways. At 10:30 pm I had to call the front desk to tell ask them to deal with the noise. They were very helpful and dealt with the situation immediately.
The next time we visit Calgary we will stay here again.
Don't stay here they tried to rip me off on my bill
Good location….restaurant was also very good and rooms were clean and comfortable
Everything - great breakfast!
Jacuzzi was in maintenance
the bed! Really comfortable.
The location is very central and underground parking is appreciated. The breakfast is consistently good. I travel to Calgary regularly and this is my go to long stay place Kay my head.
I see that it’s going to become a Coast Hotel, they are leaving the Best Western program which has me nervous that they may make changes that I will not like.
Staff is very helpful, room is neat and clean
My daughter loved the pool
Nothing
Pool im Innenbereich sehr gut. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett.
Restarand direkt im Hotel, Personal war nicht so organisiert. Warten aufs Getränk ca 20Min. Essen war gut.
Location
The courtyard is nice
The room was very comfortable
The breakfast was good
The onsite restaurant had good food at a reasonable price
A bit of highway noise from the nearby roads
Great selection & variety for breakfast. Lots of seating.
No concerns
Check in was great and the opitions for food was awesome
There was a tournament kids were screaming and running down the halls all night. The football was be thrown across from floor to floor. Room service was awful for what I paid for. And the pool was crowded, no supervision or staff watching, was disgusting with bandaid and garbage laying around.
