Our fav when in Calgary
Pros:

Love a lot of small things, water bottles for the coffee machine instead of tap water, bottle filling station near lobby, magnetic doors on rooms. Underground parking.

Cons:

Hard to use the bathrooms, you have to get in and close the door to use it.

Convenient location with all the amenities we sought.
Pros:

Pool, restaurant, breakfast, room, bed, free coffee and tea, clean, friendly. Secure underground parking. Open building design with central core open to top story. Nice towels. Citrus bath products smelled divine.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Great visit I will use the hotel again and recommend others to try.
Pros:

I loved the closeness to the hospital which was the reason for my stay. Breakfast was delish. Staff were excellent. My room was comfortable plus the beds made our nights stay perfect.

Location, clean room

Cons:

My room was on the top floor, as requested! EXCEPT THAT THE HVAC UNIT MUST HAVE BEEN RIGHT ABOVE ME!!!
The whining and droning ALL NIGHT LONG!!! No sleep 🤯. I talked to staff, and they gave me a $50 credit.
The complementary breakfast was a 2/5.
I will not return.

Fantastic property - great amenities and location. Awesome breakfast and top notch restaurant.
Pros:

Staff and rooms were nice. Clean. The restaurant in the hotel was reasonably priced and excellent - we had multiple meals and dishes, every single one of them was really good. Breakfasts were much better than the usual too - best Best Western hotel breakfast in the chain!

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub was nice

Cons:

Housekeeping services were horrible, after requesting multiple times, she still left trash inside , no vacuum, no dusting and half of towels were replaced.

I would stay again if they could address my concerns
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a good selection

Cons:

The bed wasn't comfortable as it was like sleeping in a funnel. The pillows were too thick. I asked for a much thinner one but the hotel didn't have.

There was no shampoo. Both bottles were conditioner. Otherwise everything was good and meet the expectations.
