Shore Cliff Hotel

It was a beautiful location. The rooms were very nice and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The pool was wonderful and heated, which was a nice perk. The only downside was that they were under construction, which of course is not their fault. But the Wi-Fi didn’t work and we couldn’t watch any TV in the evening. It was difficult because you had to use apps on your phone. It’s a small but overall, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely go back.

I was a little upset upon arrival knowing that I would not be getting a ocean front room due to maintenance issues. However the room I got facing the pier was just as beautiful! I could see sunrise from my bed. Hotel has easy access to the beach and less than a mile walk to Pismo downtown.

We had the most amazing stay, and it was truly all thanks to the incredible staff — especially Kim, who went above and beyond to make it special. Our room was upgraded to an absolutely stunning suite, and we were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The views were out-of-this-world gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The location and overall setting were perfect in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. It was hands down the highlight of our trip!

The hotel had beautiful views and the rooms were spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly! I really enjoyed the walking paths to the beach and it was located close to our conference room at the Ventana Grill

Love the view and staff was nice and helpful. Tax, resort fees and parking added almost $100 to room rate so that was disappointing.

Me and my fiancée really enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect and about a 2 minute drive from the beach. The hotel also did an amazing job at setting up our room for us as a gesture of celebration since we’re newly engaged. Overall the experience was great and will be coming back to this hotel.

Amazing everything! Staff was pleasant. Environment was clean. Food was good. Views are beyond excellent!!!

Everything was perfect. Bed soft, view incredible. Bikes and even car charging. Free bottle of wine and great breakfast. Restaurant next door was incredible. Prices were great at restaurant and hotel.

A favorite pit stop near my sister’s home. I love this place. It’s not over the top. It’s just right. Affordable and comfortable, yet sits above thunderous crashing waves below that you hear when you open the sliding glass door, whether or not you choose to sit on your spacious balcony. And the sunsets are awesome most days. It is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great with the standard fare, hot scrambled eggs and sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruits, waffles, oatmeal, etc. And TAMALES!!! What a special treat. The scrambled eggs were the best I’ve had at one of these breakfast buffets. It has a small gym, a large pool, and miles of beaches to walk. I highly recommend it.

Although going thru MAJOR RENO still a great stay at a great price.

Our stay was amazing. Our room had 3 different balconies with beautiful views to the ocean. I can’t wait to come back! Pool, free breakfast, parking everything was awesome!

Comfortable, clean room, ocean view

Our room was breathtaking with views on the South, East and West side of the beach. Our room was on the 3rd floor corner. The large sliding glass doors opened up to a view of Pismo Beach downtown area you could see the long coast line. The suites sliding glass doors opened up to the oceans sunrise and sunset. The relaxed atmosphere of being away from home ahhh. The suite was clean and had all the extra things we needed: glass dishes silverware extra blankets & pillows, so many bath towels, a coffee pot & a tea pot. The swimming pool was amazing. The breakfast was great with many choices of hot and cold foods and drinks. The staff is the best Samantha and Felicia helped us with check in and check out. I will go back and ask for the same room love the location.
