We arrived and the room smells weird, only to find out theres still left over food probably from the guests before us. So that means rooms are not being cleaned properly. We stayed for few days and even with the everyday cleaning, I noticed that they were only removing the garbage, fix the sheets a little but you will still see the mess. And the wet towels, they just fold it up again to reuse it. In other hotels they will change it if it’s on the floor and I doubt that they do that here because I touch the towels they were kinda wet and just folded. Really gross.

Everything in the room was good. Service was good including the staff providing a hairdryer to replace the existing broken one. Thank you!

Cons:

Breakfast was fair. I'd recommend having other meat option such as turkey or chicken or veggie vs only pork.

Pros:

They were not rude, but had a undertone of not wanting my family here. We cleaned our own room everyday we booked here because housekeeping never stopped to ask if we need clean towels or garbage removed over our 4 day stay here.

The room we were supposed to get still had guests in it. Put us by the pool which other guests left the children unattended. Very loud.

Overall, it seemed as though basic housekeeping standards were not being followed. The lack of cleanliness, poor mainten

The room was dusty and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The towels were yellowish and one was heavily stained. The bedsheets were also stained and one had been put on inside out which made it seem like someone was trying to hide the stains rather than replace the sheet.
I spoke with the manager about these issues. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally they told me “This is not a 5-star hotel” and asked what I expected. I explained that regardless of the hotel’s star rating I expected a clean room with clean unstained towels and bedsheets. I was then told that only the towels could be changed that evening and that the rest would be taken care of the following day.
The next morning I confirmed this with another receptionist who assured me the issue would be resolved. However, when we returned that evening, nothing had been changed. The staff had simply made the beds using the same stained sheets.
There were several other maintenance and cleanliness issues as well. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use. Someone’s contact lens was stuck to the wall which clearly had not been noticed during cleaning. The floor was sticky and dirty and there was a noticeable layer of dust around the microwave.

We can say that we are not satisfied with the room cleanliness and hygiene.But the breakfast is satisfying.

I can understand that its short staffed, but we found out that the sheets are not changed..bedsheets and pillowcases are stained, and the worst part is we found a used condom in between the sheets and hair strands.So it is understood, that the bed was only straightened but never changed.Even the shower bathtub is still full of hair strands and the hair conditioner is empty.
