nice comfy stay.
Pros:

location and room were very nice and clean. The shower is dangerously slippery. A no slip mat in the showere would have been greatly appreciated as I am handicaped.

Cons:

No ice machine that was working. We were told they are working on it. It was inconvienient to go to the gas station to get ice.

Cons:

Le chauffage de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas. On m'avait promis une réparation ou un changement de chambre, mais cela n'est pas arrivé. J'ai donc passé mon séjour dans le froid. Lors de mon séjour précédent, c'était l'eau chaude qui était en panne. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Ótimo lugar, perto do aeroporto e tudo muito limpio e confortavel. Giselle Zúñiga realmente foi muito atenciosa e prestativa às minhas consultas.

Cons:

Nada que dizer, somente informar que eles não tem o serviço de transfer, esse que passa a cada certos minutos. Tem que entrar em contato com eles e enviam um Uber ao aeroporto para te buscar.
Para que isso aconteça ao chegar ao aeroporto será necessário ligar para o hotel informando que você já chegou. Eles precisarão do seu número para assim poder enviar o Uber.
Sugiro que com antecedência entrem em contato com o Hotel para coordenar. Insistam em
que respondam, pois não sempre respondem logo.
