The Air conditioning went out during our stay. They were doing remodeling and the old beds were left out in the parking lot. The TV only worked if the remote was in one position. The breakfast no coffee or orange juice..

Good location and comfortable
Pros:

It was very clean and a good location. It was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

There were some “interesting” folks hanging around across the street. This was a bit off putting to walk to the close businesses.
