Clean hotel in good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Small football goals and table football were great for entertaining the kids while we waited to check-in. Good location, close to airport with free shuttle. Bottles of water in the fridge on arrival were very much needed and appreciated. Breakfast was good with plenty choice for continental in particular, I really enjoyed the variety of granola and the machine for freshly squeezed orange juice. Other half said the sausages were really good also. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Good location, quiet, comfortable beds. Unhelpful staff.
Pros:

The location. The rooms were extremely quiet, considering the location. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff. Staff at the reception desk were extremely slow. When I called down to the reception desk for some toilet paper, as there is no housekeeping listed to call, they never answered the phone. When I called a second time they said they would send it immediately. It never came. We had to go out into the hall and find a housekeeper, making up a room to get some, and she was not friendly about it. The floor of the shower is so slippery that it was dangerous to take a shower. I asked for a rubber mat to put on the floor and they said they had no such thing and did not seem to care if the floor was slippery. The staff in the restaurant were more receptive and helpful.

Cons:

My reservation on booking.com was cancelled. I called the hotel to rebook and it was also cancelled. I arrived at the hotel and they said “it’s cancelled” and didn’t help at all to book a new reservation.

Comfortable and location suited our needs.
Pros:

Loved their breakfast. There is also a small 24/7 canteen where you can buy and warm up food later in the night when their kitchen has closed, about 10pm.

Cons:

It’s an older hotel so older deco but still comfortable.
