Guest Reviews
Great location
Great room
It was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.
Felt little humid like your clothes felt wet even though they weren’t. It could use a Dehumidifier.
La salle pour prendre le petit déjeuné est trop petite
Exzellente Lage, Neue Zimmer, Super Service, leckeres Frühstück
Otel Batı Hollywood bölgesinde, avlu-havuz kısmına bakan odaları keyifli.
Booking platformu üzerinden sessiz bir oda talep ettiğimi mesajla iletmeme rağmen, beni otelin en uzak köşesindeki son derece gürültülü olan 342 no lu odaya yerleştirdiler. Ertesi gün oda değişimi talep etmek zorunda kaldım.
Excellent location, room was good size and clean, nice pool and staff at reception were super helpful and accomodating! We had a very enjoyable stay, highly recommend this hotel!
Loved the spacious room and comfy bed and location. Felt small enough to be an intimate boutique hotel but still v private. Loved our 3rd floor room looking down onto pool. V quiet at night. Loved the self do laundry. $10 per load and one hour and done. Easy. Also loved the water station to refill our bottles each day. Staff lovely.
Breakfast was very carb heavy with lots of bread and pastries. Only scrambled eggs otherwise.vwould love spinach and mushrooms and tomatoes with my eggs. Enjoyed the apple for the day.
Location
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it based on my experience.
On the second day of my stay, during normal afternoon rest hours, the hotel brought in professional carpet-cleaning equipment and cleaned the hallway for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The noise was extremely loud and disruptive, making it impossible for me to rest in my room. I have photos documenting the carpet-cleaning activity in the hallway and will provide them as evidence.
In addition, the room I was given was directly across from the elevator, which caused even more noise and disturbance throughout my stay. The parking situation was also very poor and inconvenient.
I paid for a hotel room expecting a reasonable level of comfort, peace, and the ability to rest. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Scheduling loud carpet cleaning for hours in the hallway while paying guests are trying to rest is unacceptable.
I am requesting a refund for this stay. I will be submitting photos to document what occurred. If this matter is not resolved appropriately and a reasonable refund is not provided, I will consider disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay.
La taille de la chambre
La vue sur un mur de la seule fenêtre de la chambre. Les photos vous montrent des vues piscines mais la moitié des chambres donnent sur le bâtiment voisin situé à moins d'un mètre
Good location, super clean room.
