Lovely welcoming and comfortable hotel.

Amazing and Great Value!
Pros:

First time staying in LA and this hotel was in the perfect location! Parking was affordable at $35 with enter/exit allowed and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Super clean hotel, amazing decor/design and beautiful pool area. My room and bathroom were clean. 9/10, I would stay here again

The location was in the middle of Hollywood. I knew it would be crowded.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but the facilities were a little unusual (separate dining areas). The food was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The area is very busy with limited parking. But it was in the middle of Hollywood, so that was to be expected.

The staff is really nice, the breakfast is fine, and the hotel is relative close to the universal studios, and walk of fame.

A great stay
Pros:

Very nice and spacious room with lots of plugs, all the amenities you need, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Very nice staff, and a fantastic location to visit various areas of LA. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Very very minor: the rooms facing the swimming pool can get noisy if a lot of children are swimming; the hot water takes a little while to arrive (but eventually comes) - but it didn't impact my stay in the slightest.
The other thing is that I had a bit of an issue with the room I was assigned, but the hotel moved me and resolved this very quickly. If you can afford it, I'd recommend going for the slightly more expensive "Double Room with 2 Double Beds - Non-Smoking" instead of the "Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - Non-Smoking", as it seems to me like some of the rooms in this hotel (like the first one I was given) could benefit from being refurbished and others (like the one I was moved to) are spotless and feel very new, and that might justify the difference in price.

Cons:

Really disappointed with the lady at reception who had little customer service when I raised that the safe didn’t work and the sink plug didn’t work. She just wasn’t bothered, offered no apology or solutions.
