Room 306 had foul odor , when I bought to the attention of the staff they immediately changed it to 308 which did not have any problem

This is an excellent place to stay.
Pros:

We’ve stayed in several hotels throughout this journey and this one was by far one of the best. Krystal at the front desk went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were traveling by motorcycles & got caught in an awful storm. Krystal heard us drive in and met us at the door with towels. She offered to dry our wet clothes & shoes. When we checked out, she made arrangements for us to leave our bags for awhile so we could finish our visit to the Ark without worrying about our things. Krystal was an excellent example of quality customer service.

Must be a Wyndham thing.
Pros:

Price was good and close to the attractions we were going to. Room was ok.

Cons:

Room could have been a little cleaner. Cleaning the corners a little better and paying attention to whether the beed sheets are stain free would go a long way for a better stay for me. Stayed in two "by Wyndham" places on this trip and it appears that they both have the same cleanliness standards or lack of.
