Pros:

חדר גדול ומרווח, מיטות נוחות.

Cons:

חדר חשוך , זרם חלש באמבטיה, יש קצת ריח של ביוב בשטח המלון מהנחל המקיף אותו.
בארוחת הבוקר רק 7 שולחנות בפנים , לא תואם את כמות האורחים במלון. נאלצנו לחכות לשולחן כל יום כ 10 דקות. לא אפשרי לשבת בחוץ כי מסתובבות שם אנפות גדולות ואגרסיביות שחוטפות אוכל מהשולחנות.
ארוחת בוקר דלה.
חניה בתשלום.

Pros:

Wunderschön, tolles Personal, tolle Zimmer und sehr schöner Pool

Cons:

Konnten durch ein Software-Problem erst abends in die Zimmer, jedoch wurden wir wirklich toll vom Team betreut

Große Zimmer, sehr freundliches und lustiges Personal. Die Cocktails und das Essen an der Chikki Bar war super. Der Shutlle in die Stadt und zum Flughafen kostenlos, pünktlich und sehr praktisch.
Willkommens Cocktails aufs Haus.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nur durch eine quietschende Schiebetür abgetrennt, generell ist es hellhörig - recht laut. Wenn man also keinen all zu tiefen Schlaf hat wird man öfters durch Geräusche, Schritte etc. wach.
Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht aber kein Hit.
Bei uns war es extrem heiß, deshalb sind wir immer mit Uber an den Strand gefahren, zu Fuß wär es sonst in der Hitze zu weit.
Der Pool war nur eine leichte Abkühlung, er war auch schon sehr warm. Sehr viele Kinder und leider etwas wenig Sonnenschirme.
Das Fitnessstudio ist klein und fein, jedoch war bei mir leider recht viel los für diese Größe.

Terrible stay
Pros:

Terrible place, stay away! Pictures so deceiving, no beach there, just a busy street between a front building of the hotel and the ocean.
So unprofessional, front desk people rude and unhelpful. They didn't recognize my Hilton status, gave us 2 rooms most far away, closest to the airport runway, at the end of the last building, with a motel like entry from the outside. With my international guests including a child we were passing by the garbage and some people sitting at the stairs and smoking cigarettes and not only. They gave me 1 card to put at the windshield of our car, yet charged for 2 parking fees. Totally unsatisfactory stay.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, und der kostenlose Shuttle nach Key West rein, absolut klasse Service.

Cons:

Wasserdruck beim Duschen könnte bissle höher sein, aber das ist US typisch öfter mal bissle ein Problem.

Diese 3 Decken anstatt einfach einer Decke das ist echt nervig! Aber auch das ist irgendwie in vielen Hotels in US like this. 😅
