Their lack in Customer Service, SPEAKS VOLUMES
Pros:

ABSOLUTELY ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, still stuck in traffic (accident deadlocked for 2 hours and still waiting) and storms impossible to make it today and checkout is tomorrow..THEY DID NOT CARE AND ARE KEEPING THE $500. NEVER AGAIN. BE AWARE

la Piscina bien. Está pegado al aeropuerto y por tanto se escuchan y ven los aviones al despegar. Es soportable. Pero no lo sabíamos asi considero que es u dato util.

The room was great, the employees were amazing, great variety for breakfast, and the property is lovely.

Une nuit où tout s’est bien passé.
Pros:
