Poorly maintained facilities but a very friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, nice pools, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The first room we were given did not have furniture. The second room we were moved to had bedbugs.

Pros:

El hotel es perfecto, la ubicado muy cerca a la playa. El desayuno rico, el personal es espectacular, Muy buen servicio, reservamos la habitación con cocina, muy bien equipada, un poco antiguos los muebles en general, pero muy cómodos. El sillón cama muy cómodo también.
Naples es tranquilo por las noches, se siente un lugar muy seguro.

Cons:

Remodelar un poco los muebles, por decir algo.

Pros:

Me gustó la comodidad y está bien espacioso y muy acogedor

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que el toilet tupido tupido ,lo informe a resección pero no sé si lo llegaron a arreglar porque seguía igual solo ese problema por lo demás todo bien .
