For mange mangler i forhold til forventning

Ble lovet vannkoker, kom aldri
Kjøleskapet virket ikke
Bare 1 god stol
Gledet oss til å komme til et varmt rom etter en kjølig og kald handletur, umulig å regulere opp temperaturen. Måtte sitte med ytterklær på på rommet hele kvelden.
Idiotisk/upraktisk møblering.
Ukoselig/kalde farge på rommet.
Ikke radiokanaler på tv’n

Fint rolig hotell nærme t bane
Pros:

-T-bane i nærheten, grei parkering med mulighet for el bil lading, rolig beliggenhet. God frokost og gode senger. Veldig hyggelig folk i resepsjonen.

Wir hatten zwei schöne, interessante Tage in Oslo. Ein Besuch im Viking Planet, alten Rathaus und Fjord Schiffsfahrt
Pros:

Gute Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber in 10 min zu Fuß bei der U-Bahn und nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt.
Geräumiges Familienzimmer

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre schön

Jak na taki hotel cena była naprawdę bardzo dobra, pokój jak zawsze w Scandicu bardzo ładnie urządzony i wszystko było czyste.

Cons:

Parking w podziemiach hotelu, którym zarządza jeden z bardziej znanych w Norwegii operatorów parkingów, kosztuje dość duże pieniądze.

Skuffende opphold – dårlig renhold og manglende fasiliteter.
Pros:

Greit område og enkel innsjekk.

Cons:

Rommet var støvete og virket ikke ordentlig rengjort. Dette levde ikke opp til standarden jeg forventer fra Scandic. I tillegg manglet det kaffemaskin på rommet, noe som er vanlig på lignende hotell. Oppholdet føltes generelt dårlig, og dette var en skuffende opplevelse.

Friendly staff, clean
Pros:

Hotel clean and modern, breakfast good with plenty of choice, and staff very friendly and helpful. Check in is from 4pm, however we arrived mid morning and were able to check in, albeit in a lower grade room than we had booked, but this was our choice as that was the only room type available for early check in. It was helpful to have the choice of getting our room straight away. Rooms are very minimalist, very little storage, no drawers and only a hanging rail with 2 coat hangers. There are also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but there is a small fridge, and tea/coffee can be purchased at reception. Hotel ideally situated for the arena, however location a little too far out for exploring the city on foot, need to use the metro or Uber/Bolt. We did walk into the centre, but it took well over an hour, which would have taken alot of time out of our brief stay had we done it there and back on each of the days. The hotel is also in a business type of area, with not much around it in terms of eating/shopping.
