Good for a one-night stopover.
Pros:

fairly quiet with a room facing away from the freeway that’s not too far away.

Convenient to restaurants, gas, etc.

Cons:

thin walls-could hear voices on either side of our room.

The staff wasn’t very friendly in the morning and we didn’t have a restroom to use

Not a whole lot

Cons:

It was run down and the when we checked in they said we could use the Hilton restrooms theirs were under repair which was inconvenient I was just released from a medical procedure which is why we stayed home the channel guide was wrong we didn’t have half of the channels was not worth the money we spent I was very disappointed

A nice price for a nice place
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is hearty. Quiet, despite being by the freeway. Feels safe and secure.

Bad tenants, amazing place
Pros:

So clean for a pet friendly hotel.

Cons:

The people staying above us, were on some drugs or something, several people including us talked to the front desk staff and some people took it upon themselves to tell these people to be quiet. The night manager tried and finally succeeded. If it wasn't for those ridiculously rude tenants, our stay would have been perfect.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

I enjoyed my one night stay. The room was just the right size for one person. I appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave in the room and breakfast in the morning is a bonus. The hotel was easy to find off a major highway. As a solo traveler I felt safe. This is a basic hotel with clean and comfortable rooms at a great rate, plus warm cookies on check in!

I expected a bit more quality that was presented.
Pros:

The front desk staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The place is run down. The room looked aged and was not appealing. I only stayed the one night and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.

Pros:

That I had a roof

Cons:

Better cleanliness better breakfast food. Not options, but the quality of the food window would not open. AC unit didn't work . Seems like no one has done true maintenance to the facility in years. Elevator was one of the worse sounding I have ever been in.
