The Lady who checked us in was very nice.
the room was ok. nice size. the one couch was stained and dirty. the carpet was old and dirty. Noisy at night. hard to sleep. it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The price for one night was expensive.

Pros:

Horrible place to stay. It's a housing for homeless and majority are long term staying. Dogs barking, random people knocking on doors late, not a safe location for sending my family. Had to explain to kids about drugs that were out and in the open. Never staying here again

Pros:

The sheets and towels were clean and the room was maintained well though outdated. It was very noisy with guests in other rooms up at all hours and very thin walls. If you check in “at night” you have to go to a little corner window outside and ring a bell. For a late night place to sleep and an early go, it was ok.

Pros:

The room was huge and clean, bed was comfortable. The downside of the hotel are the long term residents that smoke pot and have crying babies and make some noise at night. The walls are thin. It wasn't awful. It's a decent mediocre hotel. From what I can tell, the other low budget hotels in the neighborhood are much worse.
