Personeel is helemaal kut, ze behandelen klanten op 2 verschillende manieren...
Restaurant is helemaal kut!! Eerst zeggen ze dat we een uur moeten wachten op je eten omdat het te druk was. Willen we eten bestellen krijgen we te horen dat het op is.. na navragen was het bevroren en wouden ze het niet ontdooien... we werden gepushed om het buffet te nemen. We kregen zelf korting, maarja dat wouden we niet. Uit eindelijk zijn we boos weggelopen en bij een ander hotel gaan eten! Je kan beter naar Bleu gaan ipv Scandic

Pros:

Kort gå avstand til flyplassen (Værnes). Romslig rom og bad. God seng. Et lite utvalg frokost var satt fram til oss som hadde tidlig morgenfly.

Cons:

Var der knapt…så fikk ikke tid til evt å mislike noe..🤪

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner démarre un peu avant 7h et est très copieux, varié et frais.

Cons:

Arrivée très tardive : nous avons constaté en milieu de nuit que la fenêtre ne fermait pas bien (il faisait -10 dehors), difficile de se réchauffer.
La chambre réservée via Booking était au 6e étage : au 7e se trouvent spa et piscine, nous avons subis le bruit des remois et de la machinerie toute la nuit.
Il manque aussi une description du chemin piéton à prendre depuis l'aéroport, car les réponses des employés contactés par Booking n'aident en rien.
Nous avons dû longer la route sans trottoir en pleine nuit pour nous rendre a l'hôtel.
L'hôtel ne propose aucune navette pour permettre de parcourir les 800m qui le séparent de l'aéroport (transport de valises dans la neige ....)
Pour info, il faut se diriger vers le Radisson Blue à l'intérieur de l'aéroport poir contourner le parking par la droite, il y a un sentier qui passe sous un tunnel et sécurise le cheminement piéton. En revanche, enneigé, compliqué pour les bagages
